- Arrival Instructions: In terminal 1, after leaving the International Area / Luggage claim and having passed the automatic doors, please turn right on the ramp, and look directly in front. You will then see the meeting point area where all guides, assistants and drivers are waiting for the passengers next to the meeting point stands 1,2,3. An assistant or a driver will be there waiting for you with your name or an MTS Globe Logo. In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating our assistant / driver, please call the MTS Globe emergency number at 00351 912 671 126. Please do not leave the arrival lounge without calling us. Please take note that the driver will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes after your flight arrives. If you are delayed with your luggage or at security and believe you will take more than 60 minutes to get to your driver, please call immediately our emergency number and we will see if it is possible to wait more time. If you booked a shared transfer, you might have to wait a maximum of 60 minutes for your transfer.

- nnendahh0 contributionsDo not recommend, check your package booking for this company for airport transfersOnce arriving at the airport there were no delays in my partner & I getting to desk no.6 to show the mts globe rep our booking. She told us D2 and wrote it on a map for us. We immediately went to parking bay, the transfer to the hotel very clearly saw us walking towards his coach, yet he still drove off. After being at this stop a while, we realised that every other 3 coach drivers would stop and pick up anyone they saw and suspected of being one of their passengers. Fortunately, in the end, another driver did take us, but due to the size of this coach it took far longer to reach out hotel. By the time we were able the check in it was around 8pm and the receptionist remarked that we were the very last ones to arrive. During our stay we passed through the reception area many times and observed no other very late shuttle arrivals, it was just my partner and I. We are both people of colour, & unfortunately suspect that this is why this happened. We really don't want this to happen to anybody elseWritten 26 October 2024
- mel52690 contributionsMTS total letdownWe booked this holiday through Love holidays, and paid for transfers Which was MTS, yes our flight was delayed 5pm flight took off at 5.40pm, we landed at 9,15pm instead of 8.55pm so 20 minutes late.we have no control over this., When we landed the queues for Security were long as only three booths open, we had only hand baggage so went straight to the MTS desk to be told our transfer had left as we were an hour late..... No we were not...MTS rep said we would have to wait 1 1/2 hours for the next coach... This is unexceptable for two more mature ladies... We got a taxi. Which cost us 20e, the same price as the transfer..Written 26 October 2024
- Mickey M0 contributionsBoring sullen guide . Could have learnt more from a touristPrompt pick up by efficient private bus taken to the coach . Very little info about the day no add ons like a boat trip ,fast track entry to sights ,food recommendations little shortcuts/ hacks/ discounts etc . Left to fend for oneself no "you can look around yourself or come with me " . We had 3hrs to kill unescorted so did the tour bus 24 euros each . Learnt loads in 2 hrs far more than we did in 8 hours with Anna. Sullen and not knowing loads of questions asked . Personally I would avoid . Catch the bus / train to lisbon and do a sightseeing city bus . Home quicker too not a hour tour of the hotels of the algarveWritten 25 October 2024

The paved close streets gives you a pleasant vibe. Great little market on the square offering fabulous local products and locally made delights. A waterfront looking over to Spain. - X486CIruths0 contributionsTransfer Girona airport to Calella - good experienceTransfer from Girona airport to Calella was very straightforward. The MTS office was very easy to find in the airport. Just to the left of arrivals. The coach left promptly and the journey took only 30 minutes. We were the second group to get off the bus. On our return journey from Calella to Girona airport we were the first group to be picked up. The coach arrived a few minutes early. The journey took 2 hours 35 minutes as we picked up numerous people in different resorts. The traffic was very congested and as a result some people were picked up 20 minutes late. We arrived at the airport 1 hr 40 minutes before our flight, I was a bit anxious by this stage. The bag drop closed 40 minutes before the flight. Girona Airport is very small, so we only had to queue 5/10 minutes at the bag drop. We got through security quickly so it was fine in the end. The transfer 22/09/2024 from the airport to the Catalonia Park Hotel was arranged with MTS company (shuttle bus)- it was a HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!! (6.45pm to identify the driver) The driver dropped us on the Main Street and told that “the hotel just on the other side of the road”- we could not see any hotel !!! I asked the pedestrian who was the local and he did not know where the hotel is neither !!! but helped us with the Google map. We had to climb 200-300metres up the hill with 2 luggages 20kg each and backpacks !!! My mum has heart problems and was struggling. NEVER AGAIN. KEEP AWAY from this company!!Written 15 September 2024
- _missnxk0 contributionsAVOID. ITS A SCAMBooked this trip and was really looking forward to it. Read some mixed reviews about not being collected and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Got a notification a few days after booking to confirm time will be collected and location. Waited for over 45 minutes but no one arrived or sent us a message to say they were running late ect. Messaged them on two occasions whilst waiting but nothing. Raised a refund and was initially told I would not be getting a refund with no explanation. Queried why this was and they said the driver was told to wait until 6.56am. After threatening to go via my bank to get the funds back and leave a negative review, they have refunded me. AVOID. - Departure681725676760 contributionsDO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLEIf I could give no stars I would Luckily they did pick us up and didn't get us to our flight home which was a plus. BUT landed in cancun airport after a very long flight we got to the taxi bit where they hold a board with my name had to wait there for over 40 mins...for then the taxi to pull up..he then told us to get in the taxi he would load our cases which normally I would stay outside to make sure they all get put in..but he was constantly saying get in..so we did went to our hotel got out and guess what they left our case on the curb at the airport..they were completely useless in helping finding it..we then 2 days later after getting in touch with lost and found at cancun airport OURSELVES we had to take an ubar back to the airport to get it..they were constantly saying there no case there and it was our fault and we never had the missing suitcase with us from the start WHICH WE KNOW WE DID DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! HONESTLY PLEASE GO WITH SOMEBODY ELSE !!!!Written 2 September 2024

Presume some trips do actually happen, however, in our case, the car just didn't show up, and then after talking 45min on the phone with them (after booking separate taxi to actually being us from A to B) they said they can't do anything and they can't refund us. - 456sylwian0 contributionsTransfer from Barcelona to Costa BravaAbsolutely dreadful experience. We landed in Barcelona on Terminal 1 but the instruction said that we have to take a free bus and go to terminal 2 what we did. In there, they heck us in and left waiting and standing in full sun, without any shade or bench for an hour. The bus went back to Terminal 1 to collect more people so we just wasted already 2h. The journey took in total over 4h while the drive from the airport to our hotel is 1h. Additionally, the bus is blowing boiling hot air from the radiators under the windows making the journey unbearable. I strongly recommend to take a taxi to save plenty of time from your previous holiday and lots of hassle.Written 19 August 2024
