If I could give this company and my driver more than 5 stars I would. I am so glad I chose Top Tour for my transfer to and from Lisbon airport. My flight from Washington Dulles was 4 (!) hours late arriving and I was sure I would need to take a taxi since I didn't dream my driver would still be there. I know the website says they monitor incoming flights and let me tell you, they do. I found my name on the post and was met by Michel Meyl. I cannot tell you how happy I was to see him waiting for me after that horrible, delayed flight. Michel escorted me and took my luggage to his car, and we had a lovely conversation on the drive into Lisbon. He is wonderful and an asset to this company. My plane was very late and he was so kind to wait for me which made all the difference for me. He gave me a warm friendly welcome at my arrival and was very kind during the whole transfer.
