Private one day Cascais and Sintra tour

We had a great day out on a private tour with Jorge which included pickup from our hotel at 9.30am with a short stop at Belem tower, Cascais, then along the coast to the most westerly point in Europe, lunch by the sea in the Sintra region with a final stop in Sintra and up to the palace. I would highly recommend a private tour which although is more expensive, offers you the flexibility to change the schedule according to your preferences. We had time to stop at Belem tower to take photos which was good as the previous two days were affected by a sandstorm blowing up from the Sahara so visibility was poor. We also had a coffee and a walk round Cascais for an hour in the morning before heading to the most westerly point in Europe with the most stunning views. For lunch Jorge booked us a table at a lovely fish restaurant on the coast after asking what our preferences were. After lunch we stopped in Sintra and walked up to the palace, returning back to our hotel around 5.30pm. All in all we had a great day and Jorge was very knowledgeable and friendly. The booking process was easy with Fabio who owns the company contacting us beforehand to confirm all the details.

Maria was a fantastic guide

Maria was an energetic, enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. Her linguistic skills second to none as she explained the sights to us in English moving seamlessly into Spanish for our fellow travellers.
The traditional Portuguese lunch was great value for money and nothing was too much trouble to make the day memorable and relaxed.

When we booked a daytour to Sintra and Cascais we not sure what to expect.
Tania put us immediately at ease and explained us in details all the important things we should know.
We had plenty of time for ourselves and to visit the area.
Tania is the ideal guide you want on a tour. She takes care of you like a mother !
i do recommend strongly Yellow Cab TT Tours, it will give you a different experience.

Private tour around Lisbon
On time to our hotel nice clean quality car. Guide was good fun and well informed and spoke very good English. Our tour created by ourselves and George delivered it prioritising the time to deliver the best experiences.

An awesome tour with an experienced guide!

We had an amazing driver (Leonel), who doubled up as an amazing tour guide and gave us interesting rundowns of the places we passed by while driving, and the sites we stopped over. Leonel even took on the waiter role at the local restaurant he recommended for lunch, as the staff did not speak English. Overall, we had a great time and it was a day well spent! Definitely a recommended tour!

Sintra is a must
Me and my wife enjoyed a great day, we had a few stops to take photographs and a meal break ( traditional Portuguese).
Cascais is a lovely place to visit as is Sintra.The palace at the top of the mountain is a must.
We were very fortunate to have Maria as our driver and guide, she was funny, friendly and very knowledgeable.
It was a pleasure spending a day in her company.
The pick up was on time and the minibus very comfortable, would definitely recommend.

Tania is the best guide we have had in traveling abroad
Tania was very engaging and incredibly knowledgeable about Lisbon and environs, Cascais, Sintra, Portugal as well as culture, customs food / wine, and history. She answered all our questions. She organized the tour efficiently and gave us a few periods to wander on our own. Her lunch recommendation was fantastic. We definitely recommend selecting the Land Rover tour as it allows you to visit unique spots and terrific vistas one could not access in a regular vehicle. We so enjoyed Tania’s passion and warmth.

Don’t leave Lisbon without doing a tour with Tanya.

Our hotel recommended this tour, that would give us the chance to see a bit of Lisbon city and some of the surroundings areas! It was the best day of our holidays in Portugal. Tanya, our guide, she was the friendliest person we met while traveling. She was making sure we could see everything without rushing us. Her knowledge is unbelievable, and the way she was explaining was so easy to learn about Portugal and the Portuguese Culture. Not only that, but she helped us planing our days in Algarve area, giving us the most amazing recommendations. Thank you Tanya!

A fun day with Jorge Silva in the Lisbon area

Jorge Silva guided us for an entire day. Jorge is a fascinating guide who worked tirelessly to ensure that participants enjoyed the trip and made the most of it. It was an unforgettable day that we reached places we would not have reached if we had walked ourselves.
Jorge discovered an in-depth knowledge of the history and culture of the place and treated us all as his family.
We highly recommend Jorge for trips in the Lisbon area.

A succinct and enjoyable trip around Sintra

Luiza was an excellent tour guide for the day. She was welcoming, friendly, and did her best to make sure everyone was happy throughout the day.
The tour was a great way to see some of the local highlights with a limited time frame. It was good value for money and punctual. Palácio da Pena and the Cabo da Roca were the highlights. Naturally there were a lot of other tourists at these places but they're popular destinations so no surprise there.
