This is the second time that I have used this provider. Driver was on time and very helpful. I will definitely use in the future.

This tour sounded great, I booked it well in advance. Proceeded from US to Porto, Portugal and stayed in the Hotel. We were there two days prior to scheduled tour. The company knew the hotel, since they were picking us up there. On the day of the tour, not having excess to my e-mail we waited out front for the tour operator, no one showed up. Another tour guide was extremely helpful, and placed a call to the tour operator (BE Driven) for me that is how I found out the company had cancelled the tour. I went inside the hotel, called from the hotel phone and talked to someone apparently working for the company, hard to tell since there was children and household noise in the background. The man said they cancelled the tour because they didn't have a driver. Since the company knew well in advance of the date and time of tour, wondering why they didn't have a driver, he didn't know either. Just said, sorry it's cancelled. The company should have contacted the hotel, via phone and left a message for me, not everyone has a phone or access to e-mail in a foreign country. No, they didn't bother doing that at all. It should be noted, that I also used the company BE DRIVEN for a airport pick-up upon arrival. They couldn't do that well either, )see review). So my advice, if they can't secure a driver, can't manage a professional office staff or try to notify the customer, then the tour will be bad.

Sad to say, no driver at the airport. After more than 45 minutes and several phone calls later a driver shows up. He said, he wasn't our driver, but was called by the company (BE DRIVEN). We were staying in the heart of Porto, near the Douro river in an hotel that had been there for ever, however, this guy couldn't find it, even with GPS. After nearly an hour of driving to Porto and around he dropped us off where he "thought" it was. Lucky for us upon exiting the vehicle and walking a half a block, with luggage, I saw it. Won't be using this company for anything in the future.

Tip: do the stadium your first and then take your time for the museum. The museum is fantastic, really well done. The pride of Porto is really felt here. Highly recommended! The stadium tour also very cool, though the tour guide could have displayed a bit more enthusiasm about Porto’s beloved Football team and its stadion.

Wow! We couldn’t have picked a better tour of the Douro. Our driver Sergio is obviously doing what he was meant to do - from the moment we met, he was friendly, engaging, funny, knowledgeable, and tireless in his efforts to make our day memorable. Cannot recommendation this tour enough. The two wineries we visited were well-chosen, the scenery was breathtaking, lunch was a feast, and Sergio was the best. 5 stars!

We had Sergio as our driver. He was very friendly and the time just flew by. Our visit to the Quinta do Tedo was fabulous. A great tour and port tasting. The view from the winery was fabulous. Our lunch was outstanding. It was a small restaurant in Pinhão. There was enough food and wine to feed an army. The church visit was great too. The Duoro tour was great. You need a whole day to see everything.

Came out and was greeted with my transfer who had my name showing so was easy to know who. Spacious vehicle. Excellent service, everything went smooth. Thank you

Excellent service. Driver waited for us to get through the nightmare of the electronic passport gates and was extremely polite and friendly.

Cannot fault it. Our flight was early. Pleasant, helpful driver who was waiting with our name on a board at the exit to customs and took us away to his car nearby in the car park. The address that we had for our destination was slightly awkward but he worked out where was the closest point to drop us to join our Douro cruise boat.

We had the best day in the duoro valley with our guide Paul - he was so knowledgable about the area and good fun too! Couldn’t recommend it any more!

No where to be found when our flight arrived on time. Thank goodness we waited around and kept checking. The driver was finally there after 20 minutes of waiting.
