Hola! The lunch is at a winery that is an estate (built in the 1600s) that once belonged to a Duke in the Portuguese royal family. There is a restaurant within that is part of the winery. Some of the restaurant tables are in the ancient grape stomping vats (seriously). There is a charismatic young chef who introduces the amazing, four course meal, then leads you on a tour of the property (chapel, wine barrel room -- not sure what to call it). It was absolutely fantastic and fun! Our lunch was either fish or pork fillet mignon. We started with an exquisite salad dressed with local olive oil and just the right amount of vinegar, followed by a lovely carrot soup and after that a delightful chocolate cake. Each course included a different kind of Port designed to enhance the tastes. It was the best meal I've had so far in Portugal. Please let me know if you have other questions.
