About
This full day private tour will allow you to get to know the main sights and monuments of the city of Porto, the second largest city in the country, located in northern Portugal. With a unique situation at the mouth of the Douro River and a set of great architectural value, the historic center of Porto has been classified as a World Heritage Site since 1996 by UNESCO. Departing from Lisbon we will take the A1 motorway to Porto, a trip that will last about 3 hours. In Porto we will visit the whole historical area of the city, namely Avenida dos Aliados, São Bento station, Ribeira, S. Francisco Church, etc., as well as the mouth of the Douro River, with its famous beaches, to the emblematic Lello bookstore and the famous D. Luís bridge. At the end of the afternoon, with the tour finished, we will return to Lisbon on the same route, which will last approximately 3 hours.

Amazing transfer tour - Porto to Lisbon
Oct 2019
We had exception service on our transfer tour from Porto to Lisbon. Punctual pickup from our hotel. Coimbra, Fatima and Tomar were our stops. Highly recommend Tomar. No tourists and it felt like a person experience.

Coimbra - DescriptionCoimbra, a riverfront city in central Portugal and the country’s former capital, is home to a preserved medieval old town and the historic University of Coimbra. Built on the grounds of a former palace, the university is famed for its baroque library, the Biblioteca Joanina, and its 18th-century bell tower. In the city’s old town lies the 12th-century Romanesque cathedral Sé Velha.

Fatima - DescriptionFátima is a central Portuguese town that's home to the Sanctuary of Fátima, a Catholic pilgrimage site. The Capelinha das Aparições marks the spot where the Virgin Mary allegedly appeared in 1917. Other sacred sites include the Basílica de Nossa Senhora do Rosário, with its golden angels, and the modern church of Igreja da Santíssima Trindade. The Museu de Arte Sacra e Etnologia exhibits religious artifacts.

Tomar - The Convent of Christ (Portuguese: Convento de Cristo/Mosteiro de Cristo) is a former Roman Catholic convent in Tomar, Portugal. Originally a 12th-century Templar stronghold, when the order was dissolved in the 14th century the Portuguese branch was turned into the Knights of the Order of Christ, that later supported Portugal's maritime discoveries of the 15th century. The convent and castle complex is a historic and cultural monument and was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1983.
