Delfina was great as our guide and we had a good time on this trip. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations for lunch for vegetarian and on the way back stopped for pasta da nata before we came back to our hotel.

Carlos was an excellent & knowledgeable guide that made sure we that a fantastic time in the Duoro Valley ! To add to our wine tasting experience he also translated to us a tour from Portuguese to English (as we had to take that due to time constrain. The lunch recommendation was perfect for us. All communication with the company slit the tour was prompt. Thank you, Carlos for a memorable experience!!!!!!

Carlos was an excellent host in his very well appointed vehicle. He took us up close to many of the historic buildings and places of interest and had a detailed knowledge of the history of the area. It was a hot day so the water and air conditioning in the car was most welcome. It was great to meet a local with a personal view of local histories. As this is a car it is a small group and a good opportunity to ask questions and really get the flavour of the area. Highly recommended.

Had a great tour with Carlos today. We were a party of 4. The vehicle was very comfortable & well air conditioned. We saw the highlights of Porto and were very impressed with Carlos’ knowledge of the history of Porto. He went out of his way to ensure we had a fantastic day.

Nazare is beautiful and worth seeing as well as the monastery. However, the tour was really expensive for what we got. Every stop included additional costs to get into the monastery, pay for the funicular in nazare, pay to see the nazare museum, and a really pricy lunch that we were not expecting. And the tour guide, tho very nice, seemed to not have ever have been to the locations so could not really describe them well.

Our tour, and our tour guide Ricardo, were excellent. He was knowledgeable and fun and we saw so much in one day. The Douro Valley is magnificent but can be a bit overwhelming in terms of its scope. Ricardo gave us a wonderful overview and was an excellent driver over roads that are very intimidating. He was patient with my group of friends and simply a friendly himself. The communication with the tour company in advance was easy and clear, even for a first-timer like me not familiar with the Douro Valley or Portuguese. Highly recommend.

Carlos is a wonderful guide, patient and knowledgeable. That he is also deeply devoted to Our Lady of Fatima allows him to share very relevant information about the Sanctuary, the history of Fatima and the lives of Saints Jacinta and Francisco, and Bkessed Sr. Lucia. He is also very attentive and caring towards the needs of everyone in the group, whether in terms of religious practices and preferences, food choices and mobility. It is my second time to have him accompany me and my family and friends to Fatima and it is always a very enriching experience for me.

It was a very interesting morning and we were able to cover a lot of Porto sights in 3 hours without being tired of walking. We were even able to go to non-touristy spots and get ourselves the world's best sardines to bring home! Thank you, Carlos, for sharing with us your city!

We toured the city of Porto. Carlos, our guide, showed us all the best parts of the city including churches, markets, views of ports, bridges, even a railway station. Took lots of pretty photos! Carlos has an excellent knowledge of the City and its attractions. We even visited a sardines factory when he found out about our interest in Portuguese sardines. An excellent guide! Made our tour unforgettable.

The morning tour was very educational for me despite the limited time. It is my first time in Porto. Carlos gave us a brief of the different places we went to. The sights and experience will always be remembered with Carlos as an excellent guide.

Carlos is one perfect guide. He goes the extra mile to make sure his guests get the most out of the tour - he took us to Fatima for a day and made sure that we were able to visit all the important sites in the place, gave his comments about each of them all the while making sure we were comfortable and safe. He does more than is expected of a guide and is so kind, knowledgeable and respectful.

It was my first visit to the Sanctuary and it will be memorable. Our private group learned a lot from Carlos, who also gave us enough time to pray at the Basilica and different churches, and to hear mass. We learned a lot about the Sanctuary from Carlos. He is an excellent guide.
