My tour Filipe was super personable and knowledgeable, The boat ride was with an excellent guide and boat captain. We had some port wine and snacks on the boat (a lot of fun). We visited the Kopke winery first. The Kopke guide was superb and we tasted a red and white table wines. The we visited the Casa Barros winery and had lunch with two table wines, one red, one white. Then got a tour of the winery and tasted a 20 year old and a 30 old port wines. I highly recommend this tour and tour company. The owner is honest and enthusiastic. The tour guide is personable and knowledgeable.Written 20 August 2021

Well... at the departure site the operator stated that he never received the reservation from TripAdvisor, that it was the 2nd time in 2 weeks that this happened. So, I did not get to go!! VERY Disappointed!!
This was right after another tour operator, that I booked via TripAdvisor, for the same type of trip, cancelled my reservation at 5pm the might before, for 'reasons beyond his control'!!!!
My advice.... in Porto, don't t use TripAdvisor to book your trips!!!
