Went on a wet day. Staff were completely indifferent. Staff only appeared to wait for stops allowing them to leap out and smoke. The audio was very brief and did not give much information but lots of very long pauses. Poor value .

The worst hop-on-hop-off bus ever. Every headphone jack was broken. Absolutely nothing worth seeing, spent over an hour driving around looking at dilapidated buildings and periodically getting whacked in the face by tree branches. Complete waste of 60 Euro (family ticket).

We paid for the city tour only. Traffic horrific quicker to walk to points of interest waste of 23 euros each. Headphones and map available on bus. Driver shouts out stops. Used it once then walked where we wanted to go. Never booked a city tour before and won't be doing it again.

I have done Hop on hop off bus tours around many many cities in the world. This is by far the worst! For €22 you get a very basic map with so little detail on it, you struggle to know where you are. There are few buildings pointed out, compared to those mentioned in a guide book. There is very little information about the places that ARE mentioned. A lot of the time there is just music played through the earpiece. Firstly, Greek music, then classical including Land of Hope and Glory!!! What a waste of money..and my time!

Staff really rude at bus stop and unhelpful, we had to stay parked at the port while Driver took his break and he then refued to open plastic window covering which were filthy and you couldnt see through, would not recommend

It was AWFUL to say the least. We got off the ship and as soon as we reached the port authority we were stopped by the agents for the hop on hop off. It was raining and I thought that it would be the easiest way to reach the old town. LIE!!! We had to make a big tour before reaching the old town. On top of that we got stuck in traffic. Every stop we had, there was a big line up trying to get onto the bus and one lady was complaining that she had to wait nearly an hour to get a spot on a bus to get back. We were scared to not have a spot to be back to the ship on time so we stayed on the bus. By the time we reached the Old town, we already had spent an hour and 15 mins on the bus. We wasted so much time in traffic and we didn't see anything. They don't use all of their buses. They had 3 busses parked at the port and they only used one of them to transfer all of those tourists. Don't waste your money. Rain or shine, WALK!!!

As mentioned by other reviews ,don't waste 22 euros on this bus ride ,it would be far cheaper and quicker using a taxi or local bus

DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING. AVOID. (1) The tour did not stop at the 7 sites/stops advertised online or as per the maps shown online or handed out in paper. We only had only ONE stop. They want us to pay more for other stops at other places. You may us well book a normal bus. (2) While no bookings can be made online (ie no fixed times), buses are often pre booked by cruises so when we arrived early (before anyone else) we were told to wait for an hour+ for available buses (3) Buses do not run periodically as we had been informed (every 15/30 min) and we were only given 30 min at the one stop before being returned to the city (4) Staff are rude and unhelpful. They will not help address any of the above and consider all of the above someone else’s problem. Waste of money, Ear phones sockets don't work! the local buses use the same route and at $2 Euros a go, much better option.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. Sat in traffic for an hour, with no interesting information, £22 each, we could have had a lovely meal instead. Collette

Do not book with this company! Appalling customer service; I had limited time on Corfu (Kanoni) so purchased a ticket on my phone, went along to the nearest stop which was manned by an assistant who told me I hadn’t purchased a ticket but a voucher which I had to take to the port to exchange for a ticket! What a ridiculous system! I just didn’t have time to do this as it was already mid afternoon. I have since tried getting a refund but twice I have been refused! Consequently I have lost nearly £19. Be warned!! I wanted to give a zero rating but it’s not possible.

I dont think the buses are every 15 mins, more like 20-25 mins. Not worth stopping at old port or Spila Square. Bus stops don't all have shade cover. Time between stops so minimal, no point putting headphones on. Maybe pay for a private taxi to give you a spin around the same route. Would be cheaper.

Extremely hot on board, air condition not working or not enough powerful. No chance to move on more ventilated part of the bus without autist yelling. No chance to open windows while moving because “A/C was On” but probably only in the mind of the autist because passengers were feeling sick for the heat. Finally an operator declared AC was not working. Overpriced and unacceptable service.

The bus trip was great, lots of stops, great audio guide and the bus had a cover to protect us from the 38 degree heat which a lot of other companies didn’t have. But, this all pales in comparison to the amazing customer service we received from Evi And Euphrosyne - not only did they happily send us our voucher when the email confirmation was delayed in some internet server, but after my daughter left her sunglasses and water bottle on the coach, they asked the depot to look for them, found them, got them delivered to their office in the city centre for us, kept them for 3 days until we were back in Athens and had topped my daughter’s water bottle up with fresh water and kept it in the fridge for us. They were so kind, helpful and deserve a shout out (or a bonus if their managers are reading this!)

Great way to see the city! The representatives are very polite and the drivers are very careful and smooth in driving. I highly recommended!
