This was the worst boat trip ever. In fairness, the sea was choppy so we set off to the first stop and then abandoned that before going to a small beach around the corner from the harbour where we had set off. Unfortunately, every other day trip boat was there too. There was no visibility in the water so we didn't see a single fish. The sea cave promised was a small indentation in the rock. The trip seemed like minimum effort on the part of the crew. Bad things about the trip (apart from the above):- The boat was massively over crowded It was extremely uncomfortable The food was rough. I had the vegetarian option and had the worst vomiting afterwards. I can't say it was that meal for definite but I blame the rice in the vine leaves No water was offered but it was promised They were serving beer and someone smashed a bottle on the deck, helpful when we all had barefoot Little shade. Good things about the trip:- Jumping off the boat I paid 145 euros for 3 of us. Just a waste of money

we were deceived. The ship stopped for 2 hours and we stood still all the time, apparently because of the rough sea. If they knew that the sea is dangerous, why did they organize a cruise at all, which in addition costs 40 €. Waste of money, do not recommend

It was sailing with a traditional wooden boat and swimming in nice places far away of growded beaches. Value for money.

Very nice experience! The trip was very good, the food was tasty and crew very friendly. Made our last day of holidays in Greece very special. Will definitely recommend it to our friends visiting next week as well.

Enjoying a boat trip is usually one of the highlights of the holiday. We chose this as it describes itself as a sailing trip, offering great Greek hospitality and a great lunch. Not true on any count. There was no welcome or greeting on arrival, I just had a pad pushed towards me to fill in personal details, then told to board the vessel. After sitting for a long time, I went back to ask what time we were moving off -another 90 minutes to wait whilst others arrived. It was certainly a sailing vessel but it was powered by motor. A fifteen minute journey, an incredibly long stop for swimming ( almost two hours), another journey of some 45 minutes before another stop and return to base. Staff appeared only twice , when we stopped, to give a very brief ( ie about a minute ) description of where we were. The seating was immensely uncomfortable -the usual cushions you’d expect to find on the slatted seating were completely absent. The lunch was chicken or pork with salad leaves straight out of a supermarket packet, with two slices of dry bread. The tickets were supposed to include soft drinks and a glass of wine but everything was chargeable ( on top of the expensive ticket price) -even water. But the worst thing by a mile was the awful disco music pumped out at full volume for the entire four hours. At least three quarters of those on the boat were 50 plus. And even worse, at both of the swim stops we were alongside other vessels also pumping out music at an incredible volume. What a miserable day -I couldn’t wait for it to be over. I felt completely scammed. Incidents like this will do nothing to restore the Greek tourism industry. I went back to complain to the agent who I bought the ticket from and she explained that this sailing boat and trip had recently been sold by the owner to one of the staff. Says it all.

We have gone on the pirate ship in previous years - but didn’t like the look of the new boat, nor the 38 euro price. Took a trip with Eleni instead - great trip - around 4 hours up and down the coast, 2 swim stops, lovely bbq lunch on board - and best of all loads of room on the boat ( though we may have just hit a lucky day). Would definitely recommend.
