        Spinalonga Terrible trip
We arranged 2 trips with this company. Firstly we spoke to a women who was lovely and friendly however then we got one with drowned eyebrows and brunette hair. She charged us more than what the other women said it would be. The Chania trip was lovely although basic and no guide for when we actually got to Chania or Rethymon. By the time we had eaten we had no time left to actually walk around properly so felt rushed. It also states 1-2 hours travel time but with traffic this is 4 hours there and 3 hours back. The Springalonga trip was a disaster from the get go. We arrived in Agios Nikolas to board the boat which was old fashioned and run down. The ramp leading up to it was rocky and felt like your belongings would go flying off. I have never felt sea sick until this trip which made my stomach turn from the get go. I had to spend most of it inside with my eyes closed. In addition all the water was pouring into the boat. We stopped off at a bay which was nothing but rocks and was sold to us as a bbq on the beach but it was lunch on the boat. This entailed some dry chicken, coleslaw and a block of Greek cheese with a pear on the side. Drink offered was warm orange juice or wine. They also told us to get up to let other people sit so they over populated the boat. As we docked at Springalonga we were told we could either buy tickets to see the archaeology (of which discriminates British people and makes them pay extra) or wait at the side. The booklet advertises ‘free guide’ but entry to the archaeology at a charge but doesn’t specify the guide will tell you no history unless you go in. So we spent an hour and 20 minutes sitting on a wall. We were told by a couple at our hotel the island and around it was lovely so if we had docked on the other side this would have been possible but this was a scam. Agios Nikolas as a town was beautiful with quaint shops for purchasing souvenirs and higher end clothing. We returned to the travel agency the following morning to discuss our issues and the women originally said it’s because of the weather we can’t do much about it. However, there were smaller boats smooth sailing across, it just so happened to be our boat that felt like we were going to go overboard. She then said I will see if I can contact my manager but I can’t promise anything. He came up with similar excuses and then said they have been doing lunches on the boat for 2 months now I said so why are you false advertising? Because there are two clear options in your booklet, one stating lunch on the boat, one specifying a bbq. He said ‘what do you want me to do?’ when I mentioned it was discriminating making brits pay more, he said please don’t speak like that in our office and then finally offered us a refund. However, this could only be paid in cash and we were leaving that evening. I wouldn’t waste your time booking with this company if I am honest! Save your money, the prices fluctuate.

        Real Crete in a day!
My partner and I, both Italians, had an amazing time during this excursion in Crete. From the very beginning, Renia, the consultant from the agency, was incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire experience. Her local knowledge and suggestions really added a personal touch. The excursion itself was a perfect way to discover the real Crete. We were immersed in the island's rich history and breathtaking landscapes, far from the usual tourist spots. It felt like a genuine journey through time, allowing us to appreciate the beauty and cultural depth of this incredible island. We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to dive into Crete's history and charm. Thank you, Renia, and the entire team for making this a trip to remember!

The best trip to know the real Greece
I went on the trip with my girlfriend, we had a blast learning about how things work in the inner part of Greece and the ancient palace of Knossos, with a pitstop at the olive festival where we ate very good food, truly a wonderful experience, it's very recommended. See you next time and thanks to Renia from an Italian couple

        Unforgettable tour to Elafonissi
I wouldn't have been able to visit Elafonissi Beach from Heraklion without this tour. It brought me to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The tour guide was incredibly supportive and attentive, providing information in 4 different languages all by herself! The bus driver was very professional and kind as well. I would highly recommend this tour 110%!!

        Long waiting times...
Helpful and knowledgeable tour company and good choice of trips. We booked 2 trips including this one. Unfortunately they did not explain we would be picked up and then taken to a petrol station to then get on the actual tour bus. We sat there for 20 mins with no knowledge of what was happening. We all were a bit confused. It wasn't a big problem but a heads up would be useful! We arrived in Agios Nicolaus late and had about an hour then on to the boat. No real notice of who was on or off so not sure how they kept track of us. Then lunch which was poor. Nice chicken leg, a dollop of shredded cabbage with a bit of feta and a slice of bread. No butter, dressings or seasoning. Served like school dinners. Ate the chicken but rest was inedible. This seems to be the norm for these trip lunches but if you do the Safari trip to Zeus Cave the lunch was excellent! Queued to get on the boat. Drinks and snacks available but cash only. We were not told this and only had a card so no drinks for us! Only 20 mins to swim then to Spinalonga. Took ages to get off the boat and then queued again for tickets (not included). Then a guide gave some history by which time we had about 20 minutes before we had to get back on the boat. Nowhere near enough time to explore this historical site. The trip was ok. Lovely scenery and a good day but felt we did nothing but queue and wait around all day in the heat. Would not do this again

Preveli beach cruise and all its beauty
Absolutely fantastic day out. Prevelia beach is just like being in the Caribbean. Great for snorkeling too. Would definitely visit again.

        Very good experience
We had a very good Guide in Sumon. Very knowledgeable person. Be ready and fit to climb the hill with proper shoes. Also the steps down and up to Zeus cave is very steep. Olive mill and Knossos palace is not to be missed.

        Not impressed..
Basically we paid for the bus and the tour guide only! We had to buy the tickets ourselves! Last time I did this tour, many years ago now, it was all included. The tour guide only had an hour to take everyone around and from experience it takes a bit longer than that. It would have been cheaper to catch the regular bus and spend time walking round the site!

        Soula is the BEST!
The trip we did was just to Knossos and then Heraklion. The tour guide we had was Soula. She was amazing and obviously so passionate about sharing her knowledge. Best tour guide that we have had with our trips booked through you.

        Not worth the money
I'm really sorry to say but honestly not worth the money. The first two stops are nothing to write home about; there are far more impressive caves in many other parts of the world and the olive shop takes 5min to explain how soap is made and olive oil - no history or how it used to be made in the past. Really disappointing. Rather spend the day at the beach - that won't disappoint.

perfect day trip to discover more of crete!!
I went with my mother on Sunday (23 and 47) and we had the best time, this is my second time doing this trip and unfortunately I just didn't catch our tour guides name but she's been my guide for both occasions and she's just the best! She is the queen of languages and the information she provides is really interesting! The trip itself was really well organised with pick up from the hotel along with enough time to stop at both the gortys and matala beach. It was really a fun day out with stunning views even on the bus and both the archeological site and the beach provide a good balance of learning and just relaxation!! As I said this was my second time going so you definitely have my praise thank you guys ❤️

        Knossos and town tour
Pick up from hotels was well organised and the trip to the palace was good- our guide was really knowledgeable. You get ear pieces to wear so you can move to shadier areas or away from the group a bit and still hear what she was saying. The town tour was brief but interesting and we enjoyed having time to sit down for a cold drink and then wander the market and shopping areas.

Good excursion with some improvements needed
Pick up available close/at hotel, tour guide was well informed of historic places as travelling through to Agios. The boat however was VERY overcrowded by different pick ups. At Spinalonga we was with a guide to inform us about the history of the fortress, however once this tour finished we wasn’t left with much time to fully explore the area, it would of been nice to have enough time to go to the top of the viewpoint. Kolokytha bay was lovely but small, you’re able to jump off the boat and had approximately an hour to view the area and swim. The boat docks at quite a rocky area so suitable footwear is advised and definitely watch out for sea urchins. There is a beach further along however. The lunch offered wasn’t much to be desired but was okay for the price considering. There is a vegetarian option (wrap) and the food for non veggies was a chicken leg with 2 pieces of bread and cabbage with a piece of fruit. Snacks/drinks were available on the boat (additional cost). Agios Nikolaos was a lovely area with plenty to explore - unfortunately it did rain which was a big shock for locals! Overall for the cost it’s okay, and was a good excursion experience. To improve I’d say it would be good to allow more time to really explore the places included in the cruise as it felt rushed and lot of the time.

The trip is worth it. You have to have an early start to be able to get the ferry across to Santorini and the guide is useful. The ferry itself is big and has comfortable allocated seating like in the airplane, however be prepared to seat separate from your group as they randomly alocate them for some reason. It’s not too bad as you will be able to change as not all of the seats are filled. Also if you don’t like crowded places please avoid as the loading and unloading on the ferry it is very busy. The guide will take you to the important location and the ferry and you will have freedoms to explore for yourself the island. It is rather busy so better to visit during the week rather than the weekend. The views are stunning and you will enjoy every second of it. One restaurant to try for food is “1500”. The food is amazing and it has beautiful vies while you eat.
It is very hot so if heat bothers you better not go as you walk a lot outside. Definitely recommend it.

Watch out! You need to know that this kind of excursion is mass tourism!.. there are a lot of people 😩! Hundreds and hundreds of tourists... Pension in Heraklion 1h15... then 2h boat... Then the bus to visit IA.. we cross a no.mans Land desert, dry, dusty, dirty, nothing to see.. the opposite side Caldera... there ,There are only souvenir shops, jewelry, restaurants, bars, various clothes... impossible to walk in the streets crowded, very difficult to walk quietly.... Same for Fira.. it's even worse!! Lots of traffic, pollution... dusty, dirty, garbage cans full... Alleys are just shops, restaurants and bars of all kinds!! Extremely disappointed by so many people, impossible to take full advantage... I strongly advise against the months of June, July, August and September where I thought I was quieter👎😩 big mistake... it's always armored!.. we are sold from dream to tourist, factory to money... The return was laborious 😔😕 another 2 hours boat then 1h45 to find the Pension 🤬😠... All the bus angry for the timing... Exorbitant price for so little pleasure... Never again... So be prepared for all this..if you choose to try the experiment, be well aware of all this... it will be a very long day...

This trip was not what was stated.
It said a 2 hour speed boat trip
We assumed a smallish speed boat. But it was actually a massive boat with so many tourists doing the same tour. It was so busy.
Were told it was a quiet period. Only 3 cruise ships on the dock so not many people. It was mayhem. The first place we visited you couldn't even walk anywhere. All you could see were tourists . The tour guide told us that the locals pour lots of water over their streets to stop tourists walking there.
Would never go to there again. Awful 😞

Everything is well organized, from the bus pickup to the ferry and the island excursion with a perfect guide. The visit and the view are superb but you have to accept this huge crowd! Even waiting in line to take the photo of the white houses with blue roofs... A tiring day and a bit of speed but it's worth it overall... according to the guide, you have to spend a night there to avoid the rush of buses and cruise ships which all arrive around 11 a.m.... To do at least once anyway!!!

I would suggest you figure out how many cruise ships are in port, there were 5 when we went in mid September. That doesn’t include all the people ferrying over, it was a zoo. We couldn’t hear our tour guide on the bus and with so many people it was impossible to even see her in the crowds. We didn’t get to see the blue dome roofs because the narrow path that lead that way was packed and I didn’t feel like fighting the crowds in the heat. They do have some very nice shops but you can find that elsewhere. This has been on my bucket list for years and I was very disappointed. Definitely was not worth the money we spent!!!

The tour was very nice indeed, but the tour guide was speaking in a very weird manner so I didn't understand a lot of what he was saying. The island is beautiful, but filled with brainless tourists doing everything for that ''perfect instagram picture''. It is really annoying. It would also be better, in my opinion that the tour included archeological site of Akrotiri instead of two tourist packed but virtually the same towns.

Although our tour started with a bit of confusion as we were given the incorrect pickup point, the tour operators were very accommodating and sent another driver to pick us up. The tour guide was friendly, spoke four languages and was very clear with the instructions throughout the day. We then jumped on the SeaJet ferry for the 2 hour journey to Santorini which was long but comfortable. Over the next 4 hours, our bus and guide then took us to visit both Oia and Thira, which were both beautiful but felt slightly rushed as we were allowed 2 hours at each (time for a quick lunch, some shopping & photos) before having to go back to the meeting point to return to the ferry. We had our 2 year old with us so it was a bit flustering having to rush along with him but still enjoyable and a great experience! Oia was busy but not as bad as during the high season. A long exhausting day but worth it!

The whole trip is clearly well rehearsed and they have it done to a point. Ticket collection was fast and efficient. When I come off the ferry in Santorini it was was to find the bus! Always a plus. The tour guide was very nice and made sure everyone remembered where the meeting points were and when to meet again. They gave enough time to explore both places, Oia and Fira.

      Very disappointing, waist of money.
We felt like we have been travelling the whole day and we only had 3h of free time on the island. It was very busy, crowded and certainly not enough time. Running to take few pictures as we had to be back on a bus with very rude with bad manners driver called “Dimitris” who’s obviously not Greek so doesn’t know Greek hospitality.
Our guide Elena was very knowledgeable and nice on the other hand.
Overall it was a long day, we didn’t see much as it was to busy and not enough time. We have been told when we were buying the exclusión we will have 6h on Santorini, 2h in Oia 4h in Thira but we barely had 1,5h in each place.

As a European, I was very annoyed by the garbage everywhere. I would say garbage from large flows of tourists, but when you see abandoned rusty baths near the town of Oia, it just "kills" you to continue admiring the town. I won't even bother about other rubbish. Don't be angry locals but you are unclean :(, you want to be Europeans but you act like Africans.
