Any company doing excursions on an Island should know what port each major cruise company ports at . We have travel to over 45 countries. We use Viator a lot . This was the first time we got off our ship to find no driver . The driver was 2 hours away at a different port . My fault most good companies know the ship port and even times. The Cretecab company that does this tour obviously does not do their homework. They have offered a 50% refund around $169 .
I jumped into action so that my Wife and I would have a great day in the port . I hired a Pvt driver $ 120 cheaper and he had to drive 2 hours more for a great tour that he gave .
Cretecab company says I threatened them by saying I would write a review. You be the judge , it’s your choice to use this company or not . For my wife and I we would never use them again.
