The tour was very rushed and quite frankly, boring. None of the sights covered were particularly interesting or nice. There was also no mention prior to booking the tour that the entrance fee to the excavations in Akrotiri would be extra on top of the tour price. Akrotiri was interesting but once again we were rushed through it. Was looking forward to seeing Pyrgos, which was mentioned in the leaflet but then not covered in the tour. The tour guide treated us like like a bunch of unruly school children and was quite rude and disdainful at times. Her explanations were rattled off listlessly, it was clear that she had done this a million times before and repeats everything word for word the same on every tour. For Oia, the highlight of the day, she left us to go there alone with just the bus driver and vague directions of where to go in Oia while she seemed relieved to be able to clock off. This tour was a real waste of money. Better hire a car and explore the island by yourself.

The sunset was amazing don’t get me wrong but the other 5 hours and 45 minutes were kinda lame. We were only given about 40 minutes total to swim between the 3 different spots we stopped at despite what was advertised. We were told it would be “intimate” and no more than 12 people due to Covid and there was 17 of us. And the food was not good at all. The staff were quietly polite but there was nothing outstanding about any of it. So for the price we paid? We could’ve camped out early on the rocks and gotten the same view for less than $300.

The guide was very kind and competent as the driver too.

We saw important points of the island, just regret that it did not inclue a stop by Akrotiri, for its archeology spot.

It is nice to let us enjoy by our own Oia at the end for the sunset.

Santorini is a special place. We were only there for 3 days so decided to take a tour to see the ‘highlights’ and get some history. Disappointed that the tour did not cover the areas it said it would on trip advisor. Mainly the ruins even though it appeared to be open. or even a church as there are over 340... We visited 2 fortress village areas. Both same thing. Drove up to the monastery and air base. Both closed to public. Went to red beach also closed to public. Black beach lunch was hour half and we were all starving. Travellers were dropped off at Oia the top town at 5. for 3 1/2 hours without a tour guide as she went home.which would be a good time for dinner but the lunch was so late. I was staying here so did not bother me but felt this was not the best idea. This tour need a re think.

Dear Mandie, We are really sorry to hear that you felt disappointed. It is true that this year we do not stop at Akrotiri Archaeological site due to COVID-19 restrictions. This visit would have a long waiting to enter the site and longer duration that would cost time from other places of the tour. Instead, we do an extra visit at Pyrgos Village, which is the second fortress village before Emporio that you are mentioning. We do cover all other areas as stated in the itinerary, the drive up to the monastery is only for the 360 photo. We do not include or state a visit to the air base or to the monastery inside, which are of course close to public. Red beach is also only for a short panoramic photo stop, as per description, and it is not permitted to go down to the beach and swim. Wine Museum and Oia are also being visited. We appreciate your suggestion about our guide staying for the visit in Oia and we will take it into account. However, we are really clear with our guests, that the tour includes the roundtrip transfer for them to enjoy free time for the sunset, discover the village, shop or have dinner. In addition our guides are always giving away directions and tips about how you can make the best out of this time. Once again thank you for taking time writing a review. Kind Regards, Aphrodite

I took the tour back in Mar 2020 during the low-peak season. Overall it was a pleasant tour, recommend if you not sure what to do and like to explore Santorini comfortably.

The tour bus was big and comfortable! The driver was late about 10-15mins but it's ok, i'm just glad it happened. haha
The places we visited is as per advertised, the tourguide himself is quite funny and nice! We bought the Vinsanto wine from the winery and I think its cheaper from there!

This tour was a good way to see some of the highlights of Santorini, our tour guide was very informative, we got to see a few sights that I don't think we would have stumbled upon if not for the tour. The ancient ruins were closed but we ended up going on a different day. The wine museum and tour was nice and they went out of their way to make sure we had enough stops for bathroom breaks as much of the island is closed due to it being offseason. Would recommend this tour.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide Vicky was absolutely amazing and brought us to many wonderful sites around Santorini. We had ample time for each site to take many wonderful pictures. The winter tour lasted from 10am to around 6pm after the sun sets.

We visited during offseason in Nov. Our tour has about 13 people and they had a medium size van to carry us around. I was told they used a large bus in normal season.

Perhaps due to the smaller size (and fewer crowd in everywhere), we had great experience with all the multiple stops along the way. I like that it covers most of the major sites to see/visit. We also like the restaurant (Aquarius in Perissa beach) they recommended that we went back again the next day with ATV rental.

It stops at a historic site, local small town, highest hill, wine tasting, Perissa beach for lunch, etc...

Overall, I am very happy with this tour and I highly recommend this.
