I booked this excursion with Viator and their description clearly stated that the trip was to go to Gidaki Beach and two other stops. However it did not go there but had a swim stop which was possibly off this beach. In the Viator description it said we would have up to 3 hours on the beach - not a 30 min swim stop. Unfortunately we can not do swimming off a boat so had to spend 5 hours on the boat with just 3 hours on land. After investigation I found that the misinformation was from Viator not the boat operator. So I followed back to them. However Viator refused to take any responsibility. So I shall not be using them again and I suggest people only use them for information. If you check directly with the supplier you should get correct information and probably find it cheaper too.

This trip was absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, great traditional food and fabulous swim stops. A must if you are staying in Sami. We went on the TUI premium adventure which was awful compared to this. Great value for money with plenty of time at the 3 swim stops and time for a wander around the island port. A totally relaxing day. Don't miss out on this boat scenic adventure

This is the boat to go to Ithaca on. Great swim stops, food and drinks served, the crew are brilliant and very attentive. Our day was cut a little short due to poor weather, but they dropped the price for us can’t complain.

We chose a day cruise to Ithaca with Zaharatos cruises and it was fabulous. The crew on the boat were friendly and attentive. We had two swim stops on the way to Vathy which were great and one on the way back. Vathy is an attractive small town with some lovely shops,cafes and restaurants. We had free refreshments on the boat following the swim stops which were most welcome. A good day out and very well with it.

We booked this excursion to and around Ithaca via Jet2 and the excursion was provided by ACE Travel. Kefalonia. Coach transfer to Agia Effimia was good. First we sailed to a quiet cove for a swim in lovely crystal clear water. Then sailed to Vathy, the capital of Ithaca. This was a lovely little port to wander around with houses/shops/tavernas and cafes all set in Venetian style architecture buildings. We had about 1 hour here, just time for a coffee/ice cream before boarding the boat to sail to our next stop which was another little port called Kioni where we had time to relax explore and have lunch at this beautiful quaint village. From here we sailed around and back to Agia Effimia for our onward transfer back to our accommodation. The Rep, Melanie was very helpful and friendly and provided interesting commentary along the way. We enjoyed the excursion but did feel the boat was a little small and overcrowded for the amount of sailing which was involved.

A wonderful experience. The wines are well presented, with an excellent explanation from the staff. A selection of food is provided which went down well! The price was very reasonable when purchased on site!!

This boat trip to Ithaca was a real highlight of our holiday to Kefalonia. The trip had two swim stops in the clearest sea I have ever swam in, plus two port stops in towns for food, a wander and a drink. The team were all local, knowledgable and could give good recommendations on places to eat and things to do in your time on Ithaca. During our visit (Sept 2023) the sea between Kefalonia and Ithaca was like glass. This made even the journey to and from the island an absolute joy. Make sure you don't miss out on Poros, the town where the tour departs from. Its a lovely little town with some great bars right on the seafront and lovely hidden beaches.

Wonderful wine tasting experience. Attentive staff. Bruschetta with wine tasting was phenomenal. Beautiful scenery. Well maintained buildings. Thoroughly enjoyed.

We hian amazing trip to Ithaca Island stopping for 2 swims or to just enjoy the view and then Koni and Vathy for a wonder, coffee or lunch. It is a family business and they were so friendly, helping and welcoming. It was lovely to have a smaller boat trip where it almost felt like a private charter. We would definitely recommend them and go again. They asked if everyone felt ok and can recommend places to go and eat on the Island.
