- T3851UAcharliek0 contributionsLovely lady guide ! Trip very nice but maybe little to long day, changed itinerary only stopped in Paxos for two hour !!Boat and staff very good, trip little long with only one stop off at the beautiful Paxos for two hours. Became party boat lady two hours travelling backWritten 15 October 2024
- 719joanp0 contributionsInclude Butrint!Excellent, but long adventure. Tour vendor had everything well organized. Pickup, transfer to ferry, and connection for tour to Butrint went well. Butrint is very much worth the whole trip. If you have any interest in archeology take this side trip. My only complaint is I would have liked more time at Butrint to allow us to really see the museum. 1.5 hr free time on the promenade was wasted time. Not much to do in the city coast. Strange place with lots of large, mostly empty apartment, condo, and hotel buildings. No obvious shopping areas. But tour guide was excellent. Be prepared for a long wait on passport control back on Corfu.Written 3 October 2024
- Primalhunt3r0 contributionsFantastic day outI reas some of the reviews and thought what are we letting ourselves in for! but I can say with joy in my heart the this trip has been fantastic from start to finish, the tour at the beginning of the cruise was very informative, then the trip to Paxos was great had dinner and a walk around, then back to the boat for the trip around the caves then to the diving spot all was fantastic well worth the money and more.Written 2 October 2024

- josephn1520 contributionsDon’t waste your time for such a miserable PalaceThe palace is in am horrible condition. The gardens are getting an outrageous maintenance. Paying 5€ for such poor place is a robbery! No body told us that the palace in under construction and closed. To drive an hour and a half for a poor wretched garden is not less than a bad attitude.Written 17 September 2024
- travelotottle0 contributionsWhat a lovely day!My wife and I did this tour in mid September 2024z Everything was perfect. We got picked up outside our hotel and transferred without any problems. The boat was lovely, the bar prices reasonable and the excursions were fabulous. Paxos is lovely for shopping and lunch and the swimming in Antipaxos wonderful. Blue caves were impressive and the journey home easy and uneventful. All in all great value and a lovely day.Written 16 September 2024

- Footprints7809780 contributionsDon't book with this company!Don't book with this company! Little or no information given once trip was booked. We were told to go at 8 am to Ionian Cruises flag at Port. When lady arrived there we were directed to another building for people going to Albania. After queueing there the lady said the e tickets we had were no good. We needed blue cards which we did not have or know where to get. Another couple found themselves in the same position. As the info we did get had mentioned Ionian my husband tracked down an Ionian rep coming off a bus. She managed to get us blue cards and tell us the name of the boat we needed to get. We then got through customs. We got no info telling us about the time of return or name of boat. Fortunately, the tour seemed to be with Ionan Cruises who took over once we were on the boat, we were kept well informed, had an excellent tour guide and a smooth trip. I suggest if you are going to Albania you should book direct with Ionian cruises. We nearly missed our trip despite being there at 7.30am.Written 28 August 2024
- ronano6790 contributionsThe Waiting in Lines TourTerrible trip, we went with the bus transfer, which collected us from our hotel at 07:45, got to the port then entered a long line for passport control, got on the boat at 09:20 then finally left around 10. Arrived in Sarande then we were immediately herded onto the bus to Butrint which then left 30 minutes later. The bus to Butrint took 1.5 hours which was mostly sitting in traffic, the same trip back took 25 mins. In Butrint, we then spent 20 mins lining up to enter, then waiting for people to use the bathroom, then finally around 12 pm local time the tour started. (1hr behind Greek time). After this and a lunch we made our way back to Sarande and arrived there at 2.35, this meant we were only given 55 mins to ourselves to explore Sarande. Not enough time to eat, go shopping, or really enjoy the city. On arrival back in Greece, there was another 45 minutes wait in passport control. Albania is a beautiful country, the tour guide was very knowledgeable, but overall we spent the majority of our day in queues or in transit somewhere and very little of it actually experiencing all that Albania can offer. The vibe was very rushed and we very much felt like cattle being herded from place to place. Overall an awful experience and a total waste of a day.Written 28 August 2024
- Veronica Prisci... M0 contributionsNice round tripThe trip was very nice! The stop to swim in Antipaxos was the highlight of the day. Pros: Nice round trip Well planned We saw dolphins Cons: If you were not early enough, there was no more seats in the shadow (you were exposed to the sun for hours on the upper part of the deck) We didn't start on time At the end of the trip (last hour) they started playing music very loudly on the upper part of the deckWritten 25 August 2024
- simon C0 contributionsAlbania is beautiful plan around 16 hours with all the queues from your hotel and back again. The Albania trip is wonderful once you get there it’s a beautiful place. The way there is chaotic. You are told it’s a 7 hour trip there but it 4.5 hours at most. There is hours of queuing in Corfu to get through passport control then to get onto the boat. However go with Ionian cruises the communication is second to non via what’s app.Written 23 August 2024
- V918SZshaneb0 contributionsAn ExperienceThe boat trip was very badly organised for embarking .People who paid for the tour had to wait for all others to embark .In the heat it was uncomfortable and very few seats left onboard as a result. The Albanian goverment would need to improve the road infrastructure as we were 2 hours in traffic on bus to go to Butrint ,the same journey on return took less than 30 mins. The lunch stop that was included was very nice with really good views The tour guide was very informative and helpful also a great bus driver on those difficult roads with crazy drivers.I would only recommend the tour if you were really keen to see Butrint otherwise stay in The townWritten 19 August 2024
- adamfZ4179ZV0 contributionsIf you don’t enjoy spending hours queuing, DON’T GO!If you don’t enjoy spending hours queuing, DON’T GO! The trip hasn’t even started yet & having spent 1 hour in the passport queue, we are now in another queue on the car deck which is hot & smelly, filled with possibly toxic smelly fumes presumably from ship’s engine or generator! I will add to this review later, once we have done the trip and got back to our hotel. Not enjoying it so far!Written 17 August 2024
- 937sineadc0 contributionsLoved it great dayEverything about this tour was amazing! The views were unreal. The bus picked us up straight from our hotel , we had Greek dancers on the way to the first island and got to swim at the second island also had a bbq at the end. It exceeded my expectationsWritten 5 August 2024

Everything was in a rush, you have to choose between going to toilet, taking a photos, enjoying the views. No time to do both. You will get earphones with small devise and you have to wear it most of the time to hear your tour guide. You will spend 80% of your time in a tour bus. Great tour for elderly people age 70-80 years old.
What I do recommend is Paxos and Antipaxos All day Cruise - unforgettable experience!

Really good value for money, & our tour guide was very informative.Enjoyed the boat trip to the caves, a must, well worth the 10 Euros per person. I accidentally left my shopping on the coach, the company could not have been more helpful, & my shopping was returned to the hotel, what a service! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Not too long at stops, just right.
Many thanks.

This tour would have received another star had it not been for the complete disregard of the passenger's need to use a bathroom at the first stop on the tour, where the boats take passengers to the caves. Alternately, I would have given another star had the bus driver, in the Old Town of Corfu, not left three minutes early, minus 3 passengers, whose stuff sat on empty seats. The driver was asked to stop and wait for the missing passengers. He stopped, and a minute later 3 very angry passengers arrived who, through no fault of their own, almost missed the bus back to the ship.
A little retraining of the guide and bus driver would go a long way in avoiding similar problems.
The tour, on the other hand, was very enjoyable. There was not a great deal of walking. Just minimal.

This was one of the best tours I have had anywhere. Besides the incredible views, we were taken out in small boats holding about 15. They took us into the mouth of caves, showed a bay where we could see fish swimming from the side of the boar & enjoy a panorama only available from out in tge water. In addition we were taken to a pinnacle of tge Island & served a variety of Greek foods & offered ouzo or wine. Amazing tour.

Arranged at short notice via Victor, all arrangements communicated in good time. Pick up arrived promptly, very friendly and courteous driver, who contributed throughout tour. Guides were knowledgeable, friendly and very approachable. Excellent variety in excursion, visited a range of sites, all very interesting. Adequate time at all stops on itinerary. Small group enabled plenty chatting with all group members. Would definitely recommend this tour, and Travelco

Had difficulty finding agent at the port, the address providing an where to meet was incorrect. When we stopped at Paleokastritsa Beach, we were there for only 10 minutes and wasn’t given any options for the caves or to visit the monastery. Lunch was simple but felt very rushed. The tour guide rambled about various things.

Loved our tour. There were six couples. We hit the beach before it was busy, and that worked great. We tasted some local cuisine and saw some scenic spots. It was hard to stay on schedule, as some took longer than we were told to spend. That may have cut our time in the old town short, but my husband and I didn't mind. Our quick stop at the distillery was great, as we tried lots of samples and ended up purchasing olive oil and other local delicacies. The only odd part was that we were given a small gift after we left that shop. It contained a coupon for 10% off our purchases. Would have preferred the coupon before we went into the store or not at all.

Hi, there aren't any start times posted for this tour. What is the time to be ready at the cruise ship port?

We are staying at the Domes Miramare. What transfer is possible from there and at what time? Do you still have tickets of July 21 or 22?
Thank you

ship arrives 10a and leaves at 4p. Would this work? I see it asked before but not answered

You better check to see what time zone your ship will be using. Local time or ship time? We had this problem so it’s best to check.

Hi. Is it possible on this tour to go to the caves and how much is it? The cruise arrives at 10:00 am and departs at 4:00 pm.

The extra boat ride was 10 euros. Dont think it went to caves. Smaller boats as we have experienced go into the caves

Is there a possibility to be picked up from hotel?
Written 22 September 2019
I'm not sure. They talked about hotel pick-ups, but we were in a hotel that was quite a long way out from the centre. It was easy for us to catch a bus to the pick-up venue. We could have been dropped off at our hotel, as we went past it on our return. It was a really good tour.
