      Great way to sight see
Absolutely loved the bus tour of the city. Went with my mum who had a bad back so couldn’t do a lot of walking. It was perfect to see the main sights while sat on a warm bus. The bus drivers were so friendly and informative. They give you free earphones so you can listen and have a guided tour. We took the main red route on strongman classic. We did hop off at the little mermaid and the shopping mall to get some lunch. I understand the confusion some people have had as the different hop on hop off bus companies have identical looking buses. We used the live map on the stromma website to see when the next bus was coming.

      Fun in the Sun
Great experience. Full of information with a humorous twist. Recommend taking some drink and snacks. We took a bottle of champagne. Got to see some good parts of Copenhagen.

      Details could be better⁵
The tours were very good but I had major problems finding where to find the buses in the first place. The details on the tour instructions gave me virtually no information on where to find the tour bus. I spent a great deal of time trying to find by walking in the central area. Only by a fluke did I find Not good for my blood pressure!

      We loved the Light Festival.
The walking tour was at a good pace and we were very fortunate to have great weather. However, we did not end the walking tour at the same place as we started and we had to find our own way back to a familiar point of reference.

History, architecture, culture passionately described by our truly inspiring skipper Dagmar
On a bitterly cold and windy day we had the whole boat to ourselves … our Skipper Dagmar made our voyage warm & wonderful. She suggested we go and get our coffee & hot chocolate and then ensured we had our electric seats turned on and were wrapped in blankets … Dagmar was encyclopedic about the history, culture and architecture of Copenhagen. Every bridge was lovingly described. We can’t wait to bring our friends on this must see tour of this spectacular city.

      Not worth it
Waste of time and money, would probably be enjoyable in the summer but the winter isn’t great. Wind hits you in the face and the ‘festival of light’ is as good as street lights in any shopping center in the UK.

A personal insight into the city from the waterways
A personal way to get informed about the City and see the main sights and some more off beat things. Despite the pretty extreme wind and cold, the boat was pretty sheltered and the heated seat pads were very cosy. This was actually my second trip - the last one was when the weather was 30 degree C warmer! Both excellent trips!

      Wonderful guide and tour
The boat was very comfortable with heated seats and blankets. Our guide Tony was full of useful facts and information and made it very light hearted and funny. One hour was a perfect length and we saw such a lot during that time. Was a great thing to do on our first day to find our way around Copenhagen and see all it has to offer.

We liked out Hop On - Hop Off bus tour
This is a fun way to get a quick overview of Paris. First we rode the bus for a complete circuit. We next rode the bus stopping off at the points of interest we wanted to explore more.

This canal boat excuesion does NOT have a live guide, despite what is said in the title. Instead, it has the standard nonsensical 12-language audio tape guides. That was a big disappointment. Otherwise the tour does what is promises and is a nice way to see Copenhagen. An hour is a good maximum length though.

A really good tour , made even better by Patrick the tour guide who was informative and funny.
He kept my 11, 7 and 6 year old interested which can be a task in itself. The only thing that let it down was the weather.

Great trip, an enjoyable hour on the canals and waterways and especially around Christianshavns. My only criticism is that there could be a few silly child facts in the live commentary to keep any children interested.

We always like to kick off a city break with a tour. Despite the chilly weather, the waterways of Copenhagen are a great way to view some of the city.

The boat was covered and heated. Frankly, the windows were so dirty that you lose the benefit of the nice warm boat quite quickly with the need to open them to actually see. Nice to stay warm during the pre-start wait.

The tour passed many interesting buildings. Interestingly, the guide spent the most time talking about a waste incinerator, which was quite amusing!

A really good way to spend an hour and definitely allowed us to view things we’d otherwise not have had time to see on our short break.

On the last morning of our visit we hurried down to the trip pickup point. With the Copenhagen card booking the trip was easy. We travelled around the canals and harbour areas smoothly. The onboard commentary was informative. The hour spread by.

The boat was 60% full but that was nice. We learnt a lot about Copenhagen but the windows didn’t open so we couldn’t take good photos.

Informative and well worth the money . Comfortable and welcoming boat that showed us the sites and a good commentary. Covered area for those rainy days and a outside area for the dry days.

This canal cruise promised so much and delivered so little. The only accurate part of the 'sightseeing' description was we were in a boat on the canal and it lasted for an hour. Oh, yes, and there was an English speaking guide. Did that really matter when you couldn't see what he was speaking about?

Unless you were fortunate enough to get a seat on the side, or outside, you saw very little apart from other passengers. Most seats were taken when we arrived at 10:45 for an 11am cruise. Soon after we left the dock passengers were invited to stand up, thereby obscuring any view those seated closest to aisle might have hoped to have.

As for seeing anything through the roof. The perspex had ceased to be transparent long, long ago.

This appears to be purely a money making venture and you will see far more on foot creating your own personalised tour. It will also be more enjoyable. We walked to the Little Mermaid once we were off the boat. A much more pleasurable experience and we saw so much more of Copenhagen.

    Don't waste your money.
