What to Expect
Your Gamla Stan walking tour starts at Stortorget, Stockholm’s original town square, where you meet your guide and group.
Pass German-style buildings and cobbled streets, as you follow your guide on foot through Gamla Stan. Walk through one of the city’s narrowest streets and stop at one of its smallest statues, Jarnpojke. Learn about the history of Gamla Stan during medieval days and the story of St. George and the dragon, a popular Stockholm legend.
