- We recommend that you plan your trip so that you arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before flight departure if you are travelling abroad and 1 hour before departure if you are travelling within the country.
- Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.

This is the worst bus company in the world. My plane arrived at midnight and the only transportation from the airport to Stockholm city center at that time was either this bus or the very expensive taxi. The flygbussarna are aware about it and they use this monopoly very well at their advantage.
Anyway, I bought a ticket in the last bus and the driver told me and many people behind me to put our luggage in the bus. We waited in a long queue and then the driver cane to us and said remove your luggage from the bus we are full and we will go without you. He said his boss at flygbussarna told him to only take 70% of passengers because of corona virus. So actually this flygbussarna company sends fewer busses to the airport, do not fill them fully but still sell all tickets. I told them why don't you bring more busses since one 70% bus is not enough, and he told me it is not up to him. He said that this is a decision from the greedy higher managers who of course think only about money and benefit.
Anyway, we spent the night at the very noisy airport and went to stockholm at 5 in the morning. Thank you so much flygbussarna!!!

Seriously. Once upon a time the airport buses worked, but now it's a JOKE! I travel 2 times a month and the service is so incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. Often they cancel up buses without writing anything either in the app or on the screens. And do you think that the traffic attendants are standing there and informing the travelers? Oh no, they're standing inside the terminal warming up and talking. They don't bother to inform the passengers. Nope. As a traveler, you want to know if the bus is running or not?!?!??!!!!
The fact that they leave from terminal 4 is also a scourge, it's a very long walk from the flight in terminal 5. I asked a traffic attendant if they would move back to terminal 5 when the remodel is complete and he said "no, never". ???
I really hope that, for example, Flixbuss or some other company takes up the terminal 5 line and offers better service than this company, which is sinking like a ship.
I have several times had to take a taxi due to canceled buses which I have since been replaced by the airport buses. Is that your business model? That everyone takes taxis that you pay for?

Due to a construction at Arlanda Airport no bus traffic is operating from terminal 5. We understand that it is inconvenient to walk between the terminals and we do what we can to influence and change this decision which is entirely made by the airport.
We strive for our buses to depart according to our scheduled timetable. Very often when a disruption or delay occurs the cause is by external factors. I will make sure to forward your review internally so that we can include it when working towards a better information functionality since we understand it is of high importance to our customers.
We follow the laws and guidelines for bus companies when it comes to reimbursement and will continue to do so when it is required.

Arrived at Arlanda terminal 4 12:01. Just when the bus drove in to the bus stop lane some people started to stand up. The bus driver then stood on the brake and screamed don’t stand up till I’ve stopped. Some sat down again but some remained standing. The bus driver decided to play mean and stood on the brake more firmly when arriving to the stop…people fell just because he wanted to prove a point.

This is an OK way to go from or to the airport if you have absolutely no requirements of customer service. It is unfortunately the only company with multiple departures to and from Arlanda airpot hence they do not need to care about their customers, at all. Sometimes they skip a stop (as mentioned in previous review) other times they leave you on the curb as their ticketing app is not always working as intended.
LAst trip ended up with me having to pay two tickets for one trip.
Bus driver was rude and gave me a horrible treatment since my pre paid ticket did not show in the app (money deducted showed clearly in my bank app). I refused to step down on the cold pavement at eleven in the evening after a long flight only to be more or less pushed down by curbside staff.
I understand I am not a person but a PAX to this company and if you accept thos terms use them.

One person, helping load the luggage was great. The driver horribly inept to handle customers. I needed to transfer money between accounts as my payment did not go through. This. takes less than a minute. The driver started to hysterically try and get me to step out into the winter day because “there is no time, the bus need to leave”.
Big thanks to the guy loading luggage that calmed the psycho down a bit. This guy is the only reason I will ever consider this transfer option again.

We recently took the bus from Arlanda to Sundbyberg, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The only staff on the bus was the driver, and along with the ground staff, they were both quite rude and unhelpful. This lack of professionalism set a negative tone for the entire journey.
We had 10 pieces of luggage with us, and despite there being plenty of space in the cargo bay under the bus, we were made to carry all of them onto the bus ourselves. No assistance was offered by the ground staff or the driver, which was extremely inconvenient and added unnecessary stress after a long flight. Given the ample cargo space, this lack of service was particularly frustrating.
Overall, the service was poor, and I would not recommend this bus service, especially if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or expecting decent customer service.

We used the bus in September to get from Arlanda Airport to Stockholm (Haga Norre) at noon time and the first issue was that we thought the Bus will stop at every stop point, what he didn't...you need to press the stop button if you want to get out, but that was not clear at all.
So we missed our stop and got out at the next one in a hurry and i lost my mobile on the way. Then we needed to walk back all the distance and I recognized that i lost my mobile when arrived at the office. I was able to locate my mobile and it seemed to be in the bus as it was moving along the connection.
I tried to call Flygbussarna 10 times from noon on, but was kicked out every time after 5 minutes in the queue. In parallel i sent the lost and found form 2 times with my issue.....no response at all after 2 days.
I could have easily gotten my mobile back, if there would have been any customer service at all, but now i guess it is gone.

There's no prevision on how many people is travelling in each bus. So the bus was full, they needed to call a second one, which departed 30 mins later.
In Stockholm C, you need to make the line INSIDE the terminal. It was 3.30am in the morning and no one gave instructions until the bus arrived and let people out.
Including time booking in your website would help with organization.

Can we please fix the air conditioning in 2024? It’s summer and the transfer was 47 minutes of torture in the suffucating heat. Impossible to open any windows and the temperature inside the bus was warmer than outside, to make people faint! Services in Sweden can and should do better.

Great option to get from Stockholm’s Arlanda airport to downtown Stockholm - City Terminal (bus station above the main train station). Significantly cheaper than taking the train. Bought my round-trip bus ticket via the app. Ride is typically 45 minutes depending on traffic. Bus picks passengers up at the various terminals. When I visited Terminal 5 was closed for remodeling, so pick up/drop off was at Terminal 2/3. Look for bus employees outside to find out where the bus picks passengers up or ask inside the airport information desk. The bus is a big Volvo bus offering free Wi-Fi. Quite comfortable. Between the airport and downtown Stockholm there are 4 or 5 stops.
