      Worthwhile Package- even in September
We went in September when you don’t get to do the sleigh/sled rides (so it was a little pricey without them) However, our guide Egor was very accommodating and enjoyable and gave us a few very good tips about things to experience during our visits. Highly recommend for the ease of access at the stops and having him get you to the best places at the best times.

This was a fun activity for everyone. The guides were helpful and informative. It would have been nice to have a bit more time, but it was worthwhile to experience.

      Reindeer fun!
The reindeer farm was so much fun! Loved the ride, but wish it was longer. Loved being able to pet the reindeer. We learned all about the beautiful reindeer.

      Great guide
The weather was cloudy and it was impossible to see the Northern Lights, our guide made sure we were well taken care of and shared some of his experience in Finland. Overall, the trip was enjoyable.

      Amazing adventure
We had the best time with Tony! Even though it wasn’t a great day for fishing he made the trip so enjoyable. And maybe our sausages flew out of the trailer and got slimed with mustard but we all laughed and had a good time. And so what if we got stuck in the slush a little bit, that made the trip more memorable. Thank you for the adventure Tony we hope to see you on our next trip! P.s. we all thank you for the advice you gave us! It worked! 🤗

      Combination of several fun things
A fun afternoon that combined a lot of activities in a short period. Very nice guide and well-organized. You really just get a taste of each activity - which I appreciated. If you want a more intense adventure, this is not the trip for you.

      Expensive for what you get
Very expensive for a family: for a very short experience suitable for children also adult have to pay. You learn 3 words in finnish, you can decorate a cookie with frozen decorations that doesn't work and make a dance at 40 euros each.

Snowmobile great, everything else? Not worth it.
This tour was nice enough, but for the price wasn’t ideal. Our guides were great, definitely couldn’t fault them. It was just the organisation that lacked a bit. We spent a lot of time just sitting and waiting around, no instruction, no options, just waiting, the tour could’ve been at least an hour or 90min shorter if the timing was bettered. The activities themselves: -The snowmobiling was great, an hour is a perfect amount of time and the scenery is beautiful. I’d definitely recommend doing a snow mobile tour with this company. 10/10 for that. -Huskies, the dogs were super sweet, but it is a rushed quick get on, go around once, pat dogs then wait for the other 50 people to do the same thing (50 might be an exaggeration, but there were definitely too many for the time slot which is why there was so much waiting around). There was no information on the huskies given, and it wasn’t a very enjoyable part of the tour. -Reindeer, same as huskies, quick on and off the sleigh and go wait in this cabin (granted, hot drinks and cookies by the fire was good as it was a chilling -23°C). There wasn’t any interaction with the reindeer. We did get information about them at this section though, so better than the husky experience. -Santa’s village, look, if you’re not obsessed with Christmas, this is just boring. It’s very expensive shopping only. 2hrs here is not needed, it takes 10-15min to wander the village. So unless you’re waiting in line for a €30 photo with Santa or getting lunch, it’s really not worth it. So, this tour was ok. But personally, I wouldn’t recommend it in its entirety, I’d stick with just snowmobiling here. Maybe if the number of participants is lower it’d be better? Just felt like a lot of money for a lot of sitting around.

      Great price!
This was great value for money compared to some of the more expensive ones. Had 30mins of driving each and a break in the middle to play with the snow.

      Experience of a life time
This was an experience of a lifetime. Was well worth the time and money. Our tour guides Lamjed (Dane) and Jack (Scouser) were amazing, they made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable, they explained different ways they track the northen lights, they brought us to many different spots but the view on the frozen lake was breathtaking. Both of us had our drivers license with us so once we both filled in the paperwork we were allowed swap/take turns driving throughout the excursion. During our pit stop we stopped in a little hut where they made a fire, had a warm drink, cookies and marshmallows we could roast over the fire while waiting for a glimpse of the northen lights. Both the lads were full of chat and were very happy to share their experiences of being in Finland as neither are from there. They were happy to take photos of you and to even show you the best way to get the perfect photo on your phone. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is thinking of doing it, it’s a memory you will never forget.

Having used this company on 3 previous visits to Rovaniemi, its about time I wrote a review. Tina has always been courteous and helpful with enquiries, the service they have provided has been consistently very good and with the amount of companies vying for business, the prices are competitive.
On this occasion it was 3 couples, all but 1 person had previous experience of Snowmobiling and once suited up and a comprehensive brief, we were soon on our way with our Polish guide “Ark”.
Our route through the forest eventually (as it does!) took us to a frozen lake where we swapped drivers to let the wives have a go. By this time, our inexperienced driver was protesting in some rather colourful language that she didn’t like it and what’s more, didn’t want to drive. Ark, who I am sure, has heard all this sort of thing before, re-assured her that it really was quite easy and that she should take this opportunity to at least have a go, or maybe live to regret her decision later. She tried it and it will come as no surprise to hear that she absolutely loved it!
When the hubbies were finally given the front seats back, Ark allowed us where appropriate, some exhilarating but sensible straight line speed which made this Safari not only a memorable experience but most enjoyable one too!
    “Kiitos” Ark😁

Wow this was an awesome experience thanks to our guide im sure his name was Elias. We were a family of 7 with one child among the party who had a fab time in the sled being driven by our guide. We had booked the two hour experience and after marking sure we were all kitted up we walked to the snow mobiles, given our health and safety briefing and how to drive them and on we got and off we went. Through snowy forests for what seemed like hours we eventually arrived on a frozen lake and stopped for a rest break on the lake, a truly amazing experience to stand out on the middle of a frozen lake and wow it was cold. Our guide checked we were all ok and we could swap drivers at this point if we wanted to and we did so i had a go. They are fabulous to drive racing across a frozen lake back through forests and under some tunnels into more deeper snow forests until we stopped again for another rest and a chat to make sure we were all ok. We had taken the afternoon tour and the sun started to set while we were in this opening in the forest a beautiful sight to see for sure. We swapped drivers again and off we went again through windy bumpy trails giving a different experience again, until we did another quick stop to check we were all ok to carry on till the end. By this time the sun had set and we made our way back through more windy trails until we reached a fairly straight but bumpy track to pick up a little bit more speed again which was awesome. Back under more tunnels and back to the park to finish. Elias took us back to de robe and to check we were all ok. This was an amazing experience made so much better for the small size of our group and the attentiveness and caring nature of our guide who wanted us all to have an amazing experience. Thank you we did and would certainly go back with them again if we visit here in the future.

Had a great afternoon on the snowmobile. The pick service from the hotel was great and the admin and preparation was friendly, quick and efficient.

When out as small group, just two snowmobiles and a great guide. Had a full two hours driving through forests and then out on to the frozen lake, with a couple of short stops at places of interest. All the kit was in good shape and the guide was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

    I would thoroughly recommend them.

I booked with my 3 sons a 2 hours Lapland forest safari and it was amazing, exceeding our expectations. We were in total with 4 and our guide Markuus let us go al the way without giving in on safety. Over the ice it is allowed to go by 90 km/h which we did. In the forests there are locations where you can only go up to 30 and others up to 60 but the small roads where the speed limit is 30 km/h this is more than enough for inexperienced drivers doing this for the first time. Also the views on the way were marvelous.
Based on our experience we would strongly recommend this for adventurous women and men

This was an amazing trip! The guide we had was amazing and really professional. Kept checking that we were all ok. The two hours flew by and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Finland. We went on trails in the forest and also onto a lake which was incredible. The views and surroundings were stunning. Would recommend this company.

Dear Husam A, We are deeply sorry your time with us didn’t go as expected. We give great importance to the safety of our customers and staff. Before each snowmobile safari, our guides give precise and major safety rules, such as staying behind the guide at a descent speed, not overtaking and staying on the marked path. No one wants to have an accident during their holidays. It appears some members of your group have been warned 3 times to be more careful. As the situation was becoming dangerous, our guides took the safe decision to interrupt the safari. We apologies their concern for your safety came across that way, they were not trying to be rude or hostile, simply to avoid any accident. Again for safety reasons, the whole group had to stop as it would have been too risky to split the group. Our guides waited with you for our rescue team. Back at the office we offered to call an ambulance or take you to the hospital. Our team has looked into the matter and discussed with your tour company offline. We truly hope the difficult situation has been understood by both sides, taking into consideration both point of views. If you have any further questions, please call Minna at +358 40 619 6889 or write to minna@snowmobilepark.com

1/1/20, we had a 1400, 2 hrs schedule, the route terrain was unacceptable, it is a “downhill slalom” except only on flat surface of hard ice, i can see literally the black lines of shadows across the terrain from the bumps 80% of our safari route, bad timing on the weather as our guide Tallal claims or just laziness on the part of tour operator Arctic Circle Snowmobile, they could have graded the terrain at least, no fresh powder route although it is all over the place, i prefer the snowmobile tour i had at Brian Head, Utah

Dear Customer, thank you so much for your opinion. Unfortunately we are not having enough snow at the moment, and for that is impossible for us to maintain good snowy trails. There is a misunderstanding about the "terrain graded" that is not making by our company, but from the City of Rovaniemi, since we are snowmobiling in local forests. We are so sorry you have had not such a good experience, but we cannot control the weather conditions, or lack of snow that makes the terrain bumpy. We wish you a much better experience if you come back to Rovaniemi in future. Best Regards.

After some confusion with the pick up,we were the only people on the tour. On arrival the snow gear provided was excellent. The snowmobile was in good order and our guide was great, keeping a good eye out and maintaining a good pace. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a bot of excitement with good operators.
