Dear DayTrip743144, Thank you so much for taking the time to write us this review. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience was not as good as you expected. The difficulty of the tour is decided by our product managers and guides, of course, it can sometimes vary depending on weather conditions, however, this is not something that we can control. The safety and overall enjoyment of our customers are factors that we value greatly and we do apologize if you did not feel safe through the whole hike. We are glad to hear you enjoyed bathing in the hot spring and hopefully, you managed to make some great memories from this trip! Have a great day. Best Regards, Viktorija
