Informative and Interactive
We came on a day trip to Vienna from bratislava and were looking for something different to do. A quick google and we found this, interesting and fun journey through the history and production of chocolate. You get some nice tasters at the end too!

Interesting chocolate museum
Dec 2019
My wife, 12 yo daughter and I visited the museum during the Christmas break whilst at the Prater fun fair. It's not a large museum but it was interesting, interactive and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We didn't have time to make chocolate but that looked like fun too. We would recommend a family visit whilst at the fair. Older children would appreciate it more if they read all the displays.

Staff cares about your well-being
Jan 2020 • Friends
The museum is great and well-maintained, but I'm here to talk about how great the staff is:
The staff is very friendly and ensures that your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They really go above and beyond to show that they care about your well-being. My friend who came with me was not feeling well, so they went out of their way to provide him a place to sit and served him hot water free of charge.
I highly recommend more so for how comfortable your experience will be here!

Not worth the price even with kids
Enticed with ..samples...after which you get in the souvenirs shop anyway. Wasn't given wristbands. Geared many towards kids, stuff old not maintained. No longer had luster.

Fun experience

Museum is small, but there are a few interactive experiences you can try while visiting. We enjoyed the guessing experiences and the tasting in the shop. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

More than disappointed
Dec 2019 • Friends
This attraction is past its Sell By Date. Run down exhibits in a garish setting. Cannot beleive this level of attraction still exists. Originally thought it was for children but would not take my children there
Was hoping for more of a 'Lindt' experience but couldnt have been more disappointed. What a waste of time

Just for Kids!
We spend around 20 min. In there. Its a shame how they dont take care of the place. Most things are.broke and very very bad maintained. You can tell that the owners dont care! Its overpriced for what it is.... thing twice before going.
