This is an amazing adventure, however, previous experience isn't required. This activity is suitable for 8 to 80 year olds. Abseiling over the beautiful River Wye off Millers Dale Bridge, which we access along the Monsal Trail, has got to be one of the best and most unique activities available in the Peak District. Great abseiling experience - highly recommended

Great experience , my 10 year old son loved it and was flying down the ropes when he got going. Pete is a great instructor and lets you do it all at your own pace as well as having a lot of fun.

Thanks for the review Conner and I hope you both enjoyed your walk after. That loop up to Chee Tor, along the stepping stones, over the prity bridge in the gorge and over the river and finally returning through the tunnels has got to be one of the best short walks in the Peak.
