Super experience, very inclusive and encouraging. Glad I turned up early in my camper, so I had ample time to park about a mile up the road in a layby for free when the car park was full. You might prefer to use toilet facilities elsewhere if time permits, as these were 'overused'. To get three turns was quite something for the money and to do a push off the last time was extra challenge.

Felt safe & had the most fun! The instructor got a feel for our experience and what would work best for us and went from there.

Had a great experience abseiling with my two sons. Booking was straight forward, communication and meeting point clear and easy to find. Pete was friendly and very encouraging. We felt safe and were able to thoroughly enjoy the experience. Thoroughly recommend!

What a fantastic afternoon! Pete was a brilliant instructor and we had a great time doing 3 abseils each. The view of the river was beautiful and it was an amazing experience.

Pete provided an amazing experience for my wife and I. We had never been abseiling before this but due to Pete’s experience and great teaching skills we were out at ease straight away and felt really comfortable ‘jumping’ off each time we went down. Great instructor. Worth while experience. I was terrified. Instructor was amazing and supportive able to get my son and myself who was terrified down. By the end we were all confidence.

Our instructor was extremely patient..... my 13 year old was a lot scared and he was extremely patient with he and made her feel comfortable and toilet her know it is okay if she's not ready.

Pete our instructor was knowledgable and made us feel very safe. He started by showing us the ropes (literally!) and then was very encouraging throughout the experience. We had a lot of fun despite the rain and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We visited Derbyshire in October half term and were looking for an outdoor activity that would provide a little challenge & lots of fun for all our family (children & parents) and that wasn’t to weather dependent. We used Abseiling Derbyshire and Pete was a fantastic instructor who catered so perfectly for all our various ages and abilities. We all had huge fun and had a great sense of achievement. If you are looking for a family activity that will provide the right mix of challenge / fun & achievement I would definitely recommend Abseiling with Pete! Thank you we will be back!

We had a totally fantastic morning abseiling off Millers Dale bridge! Pete explained everything clearly and helped even the more nervous of us feel safe. There were four people in our session and everyone was able to have three goes. Would highly recommend even if you haven't tried abseiling before as it was a really refreshing and memorable way to experience the Peak District. We were very glad we chose the morning session as the car park, which was fine when we arrived, was completely packed by the time we finished near midday. I imagine finding a space to park nearby for an afternoon abseiling session could be a challenge.

We had a blast ! This is definitely an experience I would recommend. Even if it may seem scary, the instructor puts you at ease and makes you feel very secure. I enjoyed the experience because of the very nice spirits of the event with the instructor who was so friendly, but also because it was a new thing for us to try, and which definitely calls for more :)
