I transferred money to pay for a day tour around Pembrokeshire from Tenby. There was great communication initially in September 2023. Then my money left my bank….and now nothing. My tour is this summer and I have tried to email and reply to the email- which is now no longer deliverable. I have tried to use their own website… and still nothing. This company has stolen my money. I’ve been trying to contact them for 4 months now. My trip is not for another 2 months but I have no hope this company will come through or refund me.

We very much wanted to go on this tour today, our 51st wedding anniversary. We booked ahead for a private tour and were confirmed to go. The afternoon before, the trip was cancelled with no explanation or apology. At this point in life, we may not be able to return to Wales again. We are very disappointed. I would not recommend this company due to poor communication.

Took the 5hour tour with Joe, brilliant for discovering hidden gems. Discover the deserted beaches not on internet and take in all the scenery. We saw seal pups on the beach as September is the month to see this. Highly recommend!

Our tour on the 18th of August with Joe was excellent. We visited many places that were 'off the beaten track'. Fantastic views with great commentary that was engaging yet not over the top, as some guides can be. At no time did we feel rushed or under pressure to 'get a move on!' Joe even helped out with a major traffic holdup and he was so helpful and knowledgeable and well mannered. His vehicle was well presented and Covid-19 friendly. The home made Bara Brith was very welcome, and tasty! We wish Joe every success with his enterprising business. Paul & Kath.

Pembrokeshire has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world. Our private tour with Pembrokeshire Safari Tours gave us a magnificent overview of this incredible region. We saw world class beaches, magnificent coastal views, wildlife, sights of interest including Manorbier Beach/Castle, St Govan’s Chapel, Green Bridge of Wales, and much more! It was superb! Thank you, Joe, for a great day and the delicious Welsh cakes to snack on along the way.

We had a lovely time on a private tour for a family of four. Joe was really clear and helpful when we booked. He picked us up from our hotel and gave us a wonderful guided tour along the coast. We stopped at various locations to explore some areas on foot, and one point he produced some wonderful home-made caked as well. I had no idea that the tour would take over 5 hours, it seemed a lot of tour for the money. It was a real treat to be shown round by a nice young man who had grown up in the area and was full of useful suggestions for our holiday.

What a brilliant way to explore Pembrokeshire. The Classic Tour was a great way to show my visiting relatives the natural beauty of the county. Joe was full of knowledge and we discovered things I didn't even know existed! Thank you again Joe. I would highly recommend this tour for visitors and locals alike.

Despite already living in Pembrokeshire we had a great day out with Joe on his tour back in May. It was a great way to show visitors we had staying our amazing home county. His local knowledge is second to none and it was great to learn more about the place we live! Saw some amazing beaches and stunning views. Took the staff down for a team building day out, can't recommend these guys enough! From the moment we met our driver Joe there were positive vibes, Joe ensured that we saw every inch of the Pembrokeshire coast that was worth seeing and kept the enjoyment maxed throughout, we even got a glimpse of the bottle nosed dolphins off of Barafundle bay! The weather wasn't on our side the day that we went out, though it was more than made up for by the hospitality. A must for anyone visiting the area, a bonus for us is that we got to pick Joe's brains on the best places to eat, drink and see in West Wales! Awesome value for money and service.

Fantastic tour yesterday. A great day enjoyed by 3 generations of family. Joe was a steady driver and a really pleasant guide. And the Bara Brith baked by his mum was delicious! A good way to see this beautiful area and am planning to use the company again next year for a bespoke trip. No doubt visiting Harry Potter filming locations as the children absolutely loved that part.

Such a great experience, saw so much and Joe's knowledge of Pembrokeshire was exceptional. coastline, history and people made it so much fun.

Husband and I were picked up from our B&B by Joe. What a lovely, knowledgeable chap.We enjoyed a wonderful day seeing breathtaking views which you probably wouldnt want to drive to yourself due to the extremely narrow roads. Joes mum made the Welsh cakes which were gorgeous. We both enjoyed the lovely day and stunning scenery. Thank you!

Hubby, two very good friends and I took the trip and had a great time, even in November. Saw so many lovely sights and Joe was full of information. Be sure to take him up on his offer of a Welsh cake, freshly made by his mum, and are amazing. Would highly recommend it.

Saw a leaflet Pembrokeshire Safari Tours in the hotel we are staying in so gave them a call. We were lucky enough to get on the trip the following day. Excellent day. Highly recommend the classic safari. Very interesting and informative. Would certainly do another safari if we come back to Tenby. Brilliant value for money.

We spent just over 5 hours with Joe, our lovely chauffeur for the day in his landrover. My husband and I had a fabulous day discovering the hidden gems of the South Pembrokeshire coast. My husband was able to take lots of beautiful photos and stop off at a cafe in Angle. Was able to sample some Bara Brith which was homemade, courtesy of Joe's Mum. Joe is a perfect host and great company, knowledgeable, couldn't have had a nicer guide. Even stopped off at a farm shop on the way back for us. Excellent value for money.
