We had an amazing experience! The views were breathtaking, and Jean Philippe was so kind and professional. He spoke to us in English, which was wonderful. From start to finish, we had so much fun. They even went above and beyond to make sure we made it to the train station (and helped us get tickets!) in time to get the last train back to Paris. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time and felt very safe. The team was welcoming and professional. The views were fantastic and now we want to go on another of their rides in a different region. It was a little difficult to find a date, as our first was cancelled due to weather conditions, but that's just how it is with hot air balloons. Great experience once we got there :)

I do not know but I will full refund and insurance benefits plus hospitalized situation and many other things. But the Balloon chrashed during landing and I do not know anything how to reach this company France montgolfieres balloon flighrs. Lot of mistakes they did during landing.

Our flight crew was friendly, courteous and truly amazing! The captain spoke a little English and translated for us when necessary.

Very nice people. They made sure we knew how to get there and they gave plenty of refreshments. It is a lot of physical activity at the end!

Paris Montgolfière sells tickets, everywhere: on their website, Tripadvisor, Facebook. They sell. But is their goal to allow you to use their ticket?... With COVID, it has become impossible to find a date on a weekend, except 6 months in advance. Knowing that they close in April, you really need almost a year in advance. Of course, you can extend the date by one year. It's 35€ more per person. So, when you buy your ticket on the internet, you don't realize that it is unusable, except on a Thursday at 3pm. Do you work? Too bad for you! They are cashing in, and that's what counts! Is this an abuse situation? Not according to their terms and conditions. So they continue! A piece of advice: don't trust them!

We booked a trip for a Montgolfière trip over Chenonceau and the Cher. GETYOURGIDE mentions that the maximum of participants is 10 persons for each ride. Upon arrival to our surprise we were 14... our surprise grew when hearing that we had to embark in two Jeeps to go to the departure ( 7+the driver per car ! = packed one against another ) When mentioning that this didn’t respect current measures for Covid, we got the answer that also in the gondola we would be stuffed one against another as well. And that therefor we had to wear a mask as desinfect our hands. Unsure if the montgolfière had been desinfected ( we could’nt see anyone doing this, the cars weren’t in any case . When telling that GETYOURGUIDE mentioned that the trips were limited to 10 participants, Mister France Montgolfière told us not without arrogance that the could write what they wanted but that it was not the problem of France Montgolfière ...When asking if we could take our own car for transfert ; that was impossible. Common sense would limit the number to 8 participants and foresee a transfer in mini-bus. We have been following strict hygienic rules by keeping distance at all times : the lack from the side of France Montgolfières is unacceptable and we didn’t want to participate under these circumstances. We asked full refund from Getyourguide... and we are fully entitled to get one.

We flew directly over the Chateau de Chenonceau...amazing! The crew are very professional! We had a cloudy morning ride we were kept lower for better visibility. We flew over trees, heard the roosters crow and saw the horses restlessness when the pilot ignited the flame. Worth the long drive from Marne La Vallee to knock this off the bucket list!

As a graduation gift, I hosted this family to Fountaine Blue for a hot air balloon excursion. Our pilot Adrian and his wonderful ground crew made the experience pleasurable, put even the nervous at ease and comforting. It was a grand conclusion to a wonderful family vacation in Paris

Unfortunately, two hot air balloon rides that I booked were canceled due to afternoon breezes, but the company was communicative (in two languages) and easy to work with. I was disappointed, true, but I will try again during my next visit to Bourgogne, and definitely will try to go with France Montgolfieres. Very good service, just some bad luck.

My boyfriend and I took the balloon flight around the Loire Valley... I have no words to describe how amazing it was. I knew it would be great but the experience exceed my expectations. For those of you who would love to try it but are afraid, let me tell you that there's nothing to be afraid of. The balloon is very stable and the passengers' basket is soooo gentle! Moreover, Thierry the pilot is wonderful. After landing, we made a toast and shared a nice conversation. I absolutely recommend France Montgolfières. Thanks guys! Thank you Thierry!

My wife and I flew out of Veselay and it was an absolutely amazing way to see the French country side. We originally booked for an evening flight but it was too windy so we were fortunate enough to get on the next morning. Carlos our pilot and his two assistants were just great with some fun laughs along the way. Champagne finish in a farmers field just capped of what was a great thrill.

Got to experience a hot air balloon flight as a gift for a significant birthday. What an amazing experience! The team is really pleasant and offered us bubbly and cake on landing. We had a lovely view over Chenonceau château at sunrise. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a different experience. One ticked off the bucket list!

Exhilarating! In the country of our ancestors, my brother and I, along with our spouses, took to the heavens! A first ride for them, it was all we hoped it would be... Very professional. Very beautiful. Very much recommended! Fernando, our pilot, was as reassuring and at ease with having to reschedule us (twice! due to weather, in two different cities!) as he was with soaring us up to 4,700 feet.
