Marco was prompt picking us up from port. Took us all around the favorite sites and some even hidden sites recommended a delightful local place for lunch and delivered us to the airport Hilton. He was mindful to include the must see areas for a friend who never been, and some really interesting special sites since I had been there numerous times.

I got mugged on boarding the train. My pouch bag inside my Handbag was taken which had my passport and documents but when the mugger saw ONLY paperwork she returned it to me before the door of the train closed. I would have been absolutely devastated if she hadn’t returned this pouch to me. Please be v careful.

Very nice day in which we could go at our own pace. Enjoyed visiting the Etruscan tombs and churches. Also had a wonderful lunch before heading back to the port.

Fantastic full day tour of all Rome Top spots we could get done in a day. Contacted Emanuele a few weeks ago and he was very responsive , providing details of each of the places he recommended and offering options and alternatives Picked 6 of us up from the ship cruise port ( he can get directly to the ship , which was really convenient ) at 8:30am on time He is very knowledgeable , has really good English and supplemented his knowledge with pics and recorded content when needed . This was a super convenient way to see Rome in a day ( the port is an hour each way ) rather than figure out how to get into Rome His vehicle has the rights to get very close to each location so we didn’t have to walk a lot in the hot day Very worthwhile

Terrible! I paid extra to get picked up at the airport and no driver showed up! When I called they didn’t even remember that I was supposed to get picked up. Absolutely ridiculous!

First, the company gave the wrong cruise ship name to the driver, which significantly delayed everything. Second, the driver’s English was not confluence at all with strong Italian accent; we couldn’t understand the driver most of the time. Third, once we got on the car/bus, the driver started selling us the guided tour package to Sistine Chapel, telling us regular tickets would take three hours of waiting before entering the Chapel. The guided tour was really expensive at $390 for four people. The expensive tour was said to be about two hours, but it was just about one hour. We did miss a couple of visiting sites listed on their company’s descriptions of the private tour, so we asked the driver if we could visit one or two of them after the Chapel visit, but the driver warned us about the heavy traffic, so we didn’t go to those missed places. Overall, we paid almost $1,300 for a supposedly wonderful but actually terrible private tour!

It’s very very very impressive! The owner of the company was very helpful and helped us planed and organized the whole trip and bought the line by pass ticket ! Very well done!!!!!!!! We have younge child with us and was under the crazy hot weather but everything is smooth! Our driver Emanuel was amazing ! Love the time spent with him. Highly recommended him. If you come to Rome, hire this company is the key! Especially in the hot summer weather.

If I could rate this a 0, I would. Beware of this company! We reserved this excursion for our July 2023 Disney Cruise trip on April 25, 2023 for 7 adults and 2 children. On May 5, I realized that children 10 & 12 are considered adults, so I messaged the operator to let them know that it should be 9 adults. It took a few days but they confirmed that they had updated our booked details. Our cruise started on July 8, and on July 10 the operator sent a confirmation email that they had charged my card and that pick up at the port would be at 8AM on July 13. All 9 of us were at the pick up place at 8am, 20 minutes later, there is still no driver to pick us up. Around 8:20 I place a call to their office, no one picks up. I make 2 more calls, I try to pull my email but the connection was bad and was unable to. Finally around 8:40 a man picks up the phone and tells me they cancelled our reservation. I asked why and he says "no room for 9 people", when I followed up with a questions, he simply hung up the phone. We were so disappointed and mad, this was going to be one for our big excursions during our cruise. We were fortunate to find Limousine Cruise Service, but lost a lot of time and only ended up having 4 hours in Rome. If you are looking for a Civitavecchia excursion operator, go to Limousine Cruise Service and ask for Bruno. He was excellent! Don't go with Cruising Rome, we heard from another family who said they know another group who was cancelled by Cruising Rome. We were refunded the money from Cruising Rome, but stay away from this company! Turns out they emailed at 5pm the day before the planned excursion to cancel the reservation and only said "I'm really sorry to inform you that for a serious of contingieces we are not able to provide you the service tomorrow." They also knew we had tickets at 1PM to go to the Colosseum on that day. BEWARE!!!

Giorgio was our driver and we had an awesome visit from Civitavecchia cruise port into Rome. There were 6 total people in our group and we had the best day! He knew all of the secret back alley parking spots that allowed us to maximize our day. We ended up directly calling them to confirm and everything went smoothly the whole day. Highly recommend this tour!!

Service was terrible the employee made us miss the train by telling me to go directly to the track before they gave me a ticket

The tickets were not sent in time so was not allowed onto the train. I shown proof of purchase/payment but still was not allowed to board. Trying to get in touch with yourselves is a bit of a nightmare as keep being sent around in circles. Please refund the £122.00 back into my account

Daniela was awesome. He was waiting for us when we got off the ship. He took us everywhere we wanted to go. This was the only way to see Rome. He was extremely courteous and accommodating. What an incredible day. We saw so much more than we would have if we had gone with the ship excursion. Highly recommended.

We loved the history and lack of crowds. The guides were very helpful and there was much to see. Great alternative to visiting Rome.
