They're thieves, so, be careful. They change your banknotes like real conjurers. On a trip from Termini to my apartment I gave to the taxi driver a 50 euro bill and he exchanged it for a 10 euro bill and he told me that I made a miestake... I found the 50 bill between his seat and the door, he ran out with the back door open so I couldn't take a photo of the license plate. Thief and coward too

Rome Cabs met us at the airport to take us to the center of Rome and several days later took us from Rome to Civitavecchia for a cruise. Both times the drivers were excellent, safe, friendly, professional and early. It was so comforting to have Rome Cabs take care of stressful connections. I recommend them highly !!

Great service from Rome Cabs on our private transfer from FCO to the Rome cruise ship port. The driver waited for us while we spent two hours in the immigration line. Very professional driver provided water and phone charger. Highly recommend.

We transferred from our Hotel in Rome to the Cruise port. A family of 5. Lots of luggage. Niko was our driver. He arrived early (Sunday is less busy). Really friendly. Got us to the cruise port in no time. He knew where to go, he knew how many ships were docked. Really class. Nice black merc, clean and cool with good AC.

This was a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit the Vatican including the Sistine Chapel with my daughter and granddaughter. The skip the line tour was well worth the money as I don’t think we would have queued in the extreme heat. Our tour guide was very informative and made the whole narrative really interesting . Unfortunately we couldn’t queue for the Basilica due to the heat but plan to come back when the weather is cooler. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Amazing! Perfect service from the moment we were picked up at 8:45 from the Cruise Port. Driver amazing, friendly and a fantastic tour guide. We just wanted a quick tour of the Colosseum, Trevi fountain and Vatican. On being picked up we explained that we needed to be at the airport for 3pm. He planned a route and not only took us to the places we asked he also showed us son much more. He drove us to many location all with full knowledge of the history. The mini van was clean a/c and cold water on hand. The tour we got in just a few hours was utterly amazing and a wonderful day eating ice cream and pizza. Thank you. If you have time after a cruise before your flight, this type of personalise tour is the only way to do it.

We had Rome Cabs pick us up at airport. The driver was early, so we walked out of Customs and he was there. He was so friendly and dropped us at hotel. The next morning, Michele was early again, made sure we did not get wet and we were on our way to the cruise port. Lovely ride, he pointed out things of interest and we got the port in great time. Made sure our bags got to a porter and wished us a pleasant cruise. We booked this from the US and it was very comforting to know such a professional company with great drivers was taking care of us!

I arrived at Rome airport and went to baggage claim after passing thru customs. I called to see where my ride was. Tge guy seemed confused and kept asking me to send him my ticket but wouldn't tell me where to send it. He finally said my ride is outside waiting would have a sign with my name on it. Three minutes later when I went outside there was no one with a paper with my name on it. I once again called and the guy told me it would be 10 minutes. Twenty+ minutes later a guy showed up. The delay in transport made me miss the tour I had booked. I emailed tripadvisor and still have yet to hear back from them.

Booked an airport shuttle on our arrival to Rome. Found the driver holding a sign with my name. I approached him in a cheerful way and I said that was me on his sign. He snatched my suitcase and proceeded to leave the terminal without saying anything. My husband with his suitcase and I followed the driver for 10 minutes when we arrives at a car park when he put the suitcases in the back and looked at us without saying a word. I was starting to feel nervous. The driver said nothing all the way to our Rome Hotel, we drove past alot of landmark buildings and we didnt know what they were as he didnt say anything. I would not use this service again as this experience ruined our arrival in Rome

We had a great experience with Rome Airport shuttle. Driver (Nico) was early for all trips, was very friendly, helpful and offered us great advice and information for our trip to Rome. Highly recommend.

We used the suttle bus to go to the center of rome from fumicino airport. We didnt wait much and we entered tge bus. At first we thought that it was running a lot exceeding the speed limit but then we realizes that everyone does that in rome. My son 16 felt dizzy and he had to feel that way since elementary school. But although all these we would prefer this mean because the train is far too expensive( 14 or 16 euros each) and the taxi would cost 48 euros till trevi. The bus was only 6.70 if i remember correctly. We spend 21 euros for 3 persons
