This was a lovely evening out and a great way to experience Positano. We had been to Positano during the day but wanted to see its beauty by night. Nello, our driver was so nice, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. We had lots of time in Positano for dinner and to enjoy the shops and excitement. Last time during the day it was so busy and we felt rushed. This was a totally different experience. We are returning to Sorrento in June and will definitely do this trip again.

Not worth even the one star as a company but you have to pick to write a review. Horrible customer service - pay for service that we didn’t even receive. Booked capri island trip. Arrived at the collection point( as shown in the photo they emailed us) on the correct day and time but nobody turned up for us. Phoned company to find out what was going on and told nothing could be done, the driver turned up but left ( we never saw another person or vehicle in the two hours we waited) and that the trip was non refundable- as before HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND- DEFINITELY BOOK ELSEWHERE

Booked a day boat trip for Postiana and Amalfi. Turned up at 8am on the day. No one was there. I phoned and was told the driver was on his way. 30 minutes and 3 more calls later another trip organiser told me that this company was not doing trips that day due to weather conditions. Luckily this kind person phoned the company again and spoke to them in Italian. They then spoke to me and said the trip was cancelled. I understand weather conditions affect boat trips but the company had my phone number and email and they sent nothing. There was 4 of us who got up very early to go on the trip and I think the customer service was terrible. I will not use this company again and will go out of my way to let others know my experience.

We learned on our recent trip to Sorrento,that traffic on the Amalfi coast is always congested and booking a day trip by bus is not a wise choice. It is possible to reach Amalfi and Positiano by Ferry.Our bus driver was friendly,but did not provide an overview of the Amalfi coast during this 8 hour trip.Ravello although lovely ,adds significantly to the bus journey and could be omitted from the tour.I would not recommend this day trip.

Lovely day out! Capri was beautiful. Shame the chair lift was out of action due to high winds/couldn’t visit blue grotto but that’s down to nature! Did depart from Nerano ( 45 mins from Sorrento) not Sorrento as advertised but nice to see the scenery from mini bus on way.

When we arrived to redeem our vouchers the tour company Tours and More Italia told us the tour was cancelled due to rough seas. Asked us to contact Viator for a refund. It would have been nice if they text or emailed us about cancellation. We drove over a hour from Praiano. Then they wanted us to tickets for a ferry ride to the island, which we did since we were already in Sorrento. We contacted Viator for a refund. They checked with a tour company and told them the tour was not canceled and was not willing to refund the cost. So right now we’re out the cost of the tour and we purchase additional tickets to take the ferry over. Poor communication with this particular tour company. I will still work on getting a refund since we were told the tour was canceled when we arrived at the check-in and did not get a tour of Capri and the Grottos.

Was not exactly what we expected. This tour should be marketed as a tour of the island by bus, not by boat. It was a glorified ferry ride, with ~1hr ride around the island on the way back to the main land. There was no mention in the description of the extra cost (€25) involved to get a vip transfer on the island of capri in order to skip the lines and avoid public buses. If you don’t want to pay the extra or don’t have anything else planned you are essentially left on your own in the island for 4-5 hours. We enjoyed our time in Capri, however we’re left slightly disappointed by this experience. We wished that the description accurately matched what actually happens, it’s a bit of a tourist grab.

Well organised trip, plenty time to experience Amalfi and Positano. Boat crew informative and friendly. Both town’s extremely busy!

We had a bad experience on the Amalfi Coast tour. They had given us a meeting point at the Plaza de Sorrento hotel, despite the fact that we did not stay there. But we agreed. We came from Salerno by car. The guide-Mariana-asked at the reception of said hotel if we were staying there-I suppose by phone, since we never saw her enter, and we arrived 10 minutes before the time, as agreed. When the hotel gave a negative response, he left, without realizing that we were waiting, already for a long time at the door of the same hotel. We called the agency and they sent us a taxi in a hurry and when we got to the pier, they almost threw us inside the boat, since they had removed the ramp up. Since then, we noticed that the guide was quite nervous, and any doubt we had, she would cut us off without solving it. We feel ignored.

Very knowledgeable, kind and professional guide Mariana gave us a splendid tour very well organised along the Amalfi coast were we visited Positano, Amalfi and the beautiful Esmerald grotto. The trip inside this beautiful grotto was terrific and we spent about 15 minutes inside the grotto in a boat. Highly recommendable. We did not wait more than 10 minutes before entering the gave and the row boat took about 20 people. This trip was really value for the money. Highly recommendable.

Didn’t realise part of this boat trip was actually using the main public ferry. We did use smaller boats getting around but again travelling back from Amalfi to Sorrento we had a 2 hour journey as we had to pick up at Positano on the way. Good trip seeing all the sites but wouldn’t recommend. Book a smaller tour.

Gabriella was an excellent guide, very patient with us, encouraged us to take our time and emphasized safety first. Along the way she pointed out all the points of interest and some historical background. She knows the area as the back of her hands, pointed out all the plants and flowers dotted along the path. Brought us to meet some of the locals living along the path. Explained to us how the shepherd kept the goats with the help of the dog and how the goats grazing along the different slopes along the path. She also pointed out the agricultural terraces cultivated by the farmers along the path. It was a fantastic experience for both myself and my husband. I am so glad that we decided to ask her to guide us on this walk. Finally it took us just under 4 hours to complete the walk. Very dishonest and unprofessional. We agreed trips and price months ago. One week before, driver wanted to increase price significantly. We declined and they refused to refund money. Close to 1000

A very well organised trip by people who knew the island. Capri gets very busy with day trippers and the guide tried to help us by being ahead of the crowds. All the team put in lots of effort to give us a good day.

Just excellent…. Our tour driver, Andrea was informative, accommodating, thoughtful and so very nice. I would recommend him any day.
