I cannot say enough, nice things about Carla and Rocco. They are the kindest, sweetest people with the most patience for a somewhat flaky guest. They were very good about following up on my inquiry and indulging me switching the date the day before. The experience started with some homemade red wine that was smooth and drinkable, aperotivo made with their own produce and their friend’s creamy cheese. While we ate and drank, Carla talked us through what we were going to be making. We chose to make two different types of pasta. The first thing we made was a small trifle or parfait-like dessert. Carla was very patient with my teenager. The explaining, demonstrating, and then us doing was perfect for experiential learning. Carla gave excellent explanations of the products that were best for the types of pasta and the reasons why. She was very patient and answered all my questions as did Rocco. We made a long pasta with an uncooked lemon sauce and a short pasta with a cooked asparagus sauce. Both were excellent. The portions were just right for a primi. With the aperotivo and dessert, it was just right. Some people might think this is not enough food but for the time of day it was perfect. They sent a pdf with the recipes. I would highly, highly recommend this experience if you have an interest in learning about true Amalfi coast cooking and interacting with some truly lovely people. We were there for about 2 1/2 hours. We didn’t feel rushed at all, but if one were on a tight schedule, I think they would be happy to accommodate.

Such a wonderful experience! Rocco and Carla were such wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home. We learned so much, and the food was absolutely phenomenal! This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I can't recommend enough.

We had so much fun at Carla and Rocco’s cooking class! It was truly one of the biggest highlights of our honeymoon and brought the information we learned back to the states and have been making homemade pasta since! Absolutely recommend and had an amazing time!

Rocco and Carla made the experience incredible, from their homemade wine and delicious appetizers to the fantastic pasta and dessert cooking class from Carla. We learned so much and enjoyed talking about the local culture and how it is to live on the Amalfi Coast. They give you options on what you want to cook for pastas and sauces. It is vegetarian friendly.

What a great experience! My friend and I had so much fun during our time with Carla and Rocco as well as the other families/couples that were there. We learned so much about the culture and how to prepare different types of pasta/desserts. Would highly recommend this experience during your time in Italy!

Amazing class with Rocco and Carla! They make you feel at home. Our favourite part of the class was how authentic it is, the ingredients are fresh and collected from their garden - plus, the view from their terrace is insane. Without doubt a priceless experience.

I have done a few cooking schools across the world, and this one was one of my absolute favorites! Very instructive, so much so that we were able to recreate the recipes on returning home at a fairly high level. Highly recommend this class, you will learn a lot and have a great time doing it! Carmen and her team are amazing!

After having many dishes of pasta throughout Italy, my favorite was the fresh pasta we made with Carla. She taught how to make long and short pasta and made a seasonal simple sauce with veggies. My absolute new favorite recipe that I will use at home. I love what they are doing with their business and very lucky to have experience their culture and tasted their family recipes. Our group of four (moms and our adult daughters) was amazing! Rocco and Carla made us feel like family. We sat under their covered patio looking out over the Mediterranean. Their home is right next door and the land around includes olive trees, orange trees, and grapevines. Everything we were served was fresh, delicious and homemade from the wine to the marmalade to the olive oil! Great instruction and we are excited to put all we learned into practice. Highly recommend!

The evening spent with Rocco and Carla was incredible. It was as though we were long lost friends just sharing a meal together! Their property is filled with generations of trees and gardens. Carla was truly the most amazing host who taught us so much about preparing pasta. We shared stories and laughed for 3 hours while enjoying the most amazing meal and wine! This experience should not be missed! We feel honored to have had the opportunity to share the evening with them.
