Very good transfer. Communication through WhatsApp was good and the cars were clean and driver prompt. Steven while transferring into Paris was almost like a guide showing us all the hotspots in Paris along with places to eat.nice transfer.

I could not have been more pleased with the transfer service. The driver met us just out side of baggage, loaded us in the van and dropped us at our apartment. I was so pleased I hired them again to move 4 adults, 2 kids and tons of bags out to Gare Sud ( I think). Anyways, fair price and great service.

Dion was 15 minutes early to our hotel lobby for our convenience and this ensured an on-time departure. The ride from the Paris city center to CDG was smooth and comfortable in a Mercedes passenger van with plenty of leg room. At the airport, Dion avoided all of the traffic and delivered us (and our baggage) all the way to our check-in point. Simple transfer process from CDG AirPort to Paris City Center in a spacious passenger van with room to stretch our legs after a long flight. Our driver, Valentin, was efficient and competent.

Our driver, Mohand, was so wonderful putting up with 6 wild and crazy middle aged women on our “ladies trip to Paris”. Traffic was heavy so he ended up spending a long time with us. The cost did not go up as a result. Worth every penny. We are booking our return transfers!!!

The driver was later and the car was not a Mercedes as advertised. The ride was good and our diver was nice. We ended up at our destination without incident despite some initial problems.

A big French mess! Some ground staff do not understand English. Avoid this hub. Dont be surprised if the bus driver gives you an tour around the airport instead from terminal to terminal. We missed our connection due lack of English spoken ground staff.

Our driver was waiting as we departed customs and took charge of our bags. After a short walk we were loaded in a comfortable car (Lexus, not a Mercedes as advertised) and off to the hotel. Very nice driver that spoke excellent English and give interesting narrative of the city as we approached. Overall, quick and efficient.

I actually tried to use this service in May 2023. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m going back to Paris this May, and my memory has been refreshed as I pick another company! Long story short….they NEVER ARRIVED to pick me up. Despite the multiple co formations before departure & at the departing airport 15 hrs prior. Including with Viator!

After 13 hours of intercontinental flight, we face baggage control at Charles de Gaulle. Really rude staff. We don't speak French and we are scolded for not understanding some commands in incomprehensible English. Next time we'll stop somewhere else!
