      Amazing day of activities
Had an absolutely amazing day with the guys at TNR. Firstly we did the Gorge walk, which was freezing but amazing, because the water was flowing so fast. Led by Nathan, me and my partner fought the cold to stumble, climb and slide our way to the end. Where we jumped into the bottom of a waterfall pool...it was epic! We felt safe, had fun and were encouraged the whole way round. So massive thanks to Nathan, who also took some great photos and videos of us. Top man. When we got back, we warmed up with Pizza and targets. We had 2X 'The TNR' pizza, which was well worth the extra £6 each (when added to the targets pack). Then we did the axe throwing, air rifles and archery. You get a decent amount of time on each one, with the instructor giving you different tasks. This made it very interactive and a whole lot of fun! Both me and my partner would highly recommend TNR Outdoors!! We will be returning sometime soon to take on some of the other activities the guys offer! Thank you TNR Outdoors

      Good fun for everyone.
We had a great time doing the 90min target sports session. We went as a group of 3 and joined a family of 4. The instructor was friendly, chatty and encouraging.

Good date experience for the more active types.
90 minute Shooting, Archery & axe Throwing We received a gift voucher which we could use in other places, we looked at options and still choose TNR, this was based on reviews and location. My husband and I really enjoyed the 90 minutes activity. Good date experience for this more active types. We were with another group who we did not know and this included children. We tend to avoid children (if we can). The instructor (Susie) was skilled in maintaining the separation of groups and matching the activity to all levels. She did a great job. We enjoyed being competitive with each other while it being relaxed and fun. It is a little cold in the building.. it’s an old mill so to be expected. Wear a coat. The centre is just out of Llangollen, we walked from town, it was pleasant walking along the river for part of the way. There is ample parking if you don’t want to walk. We were able to enjoy watching the canoeing on the river before our activity. We would go again with more friends. Only constructive critique, I would have liked to have been able to get a cuppa tea, but the cafe was shut.

      Great day out!
Did all 3 activities - axe throwing, rifle shooting and archery. We had 2 members of staff as we were a large group who were both excellent, friendly and great at demonstrating. They split us into 2 groups for the activities and then organised a competition at the end for us all and made the experience loads of fun. Great activities for people of all abilities. Fab day out. Highly recommend.

      Fun filled 90 mins
Myself and my Partner opted for the 90 min combo and had a fantastic time. The experience was with Rich who was just brilliant. By chance it was just the 2 of us due to a last minute session being added so we really did get to make the most of the 3 activities. I don’t think I could pick a favourite - the whole thing was great. I couldn’t recommend TNR any more - if you’re looking for something fun to do in the Llangollen area look no further… we will be back for sure!

Did the 90 minute target experience with a friend for our birthdays, it was great fun, the instructor was the perfect balance of instruction and letting you do it yourself. It was brilliant and very reasonable price too. Great staff, great facility, already discussing to come back!

      Great experience
I booked the 90 minute target activity to do something different for myself and my 3 friends birthdays (which all fall in December). The staff are extremely friendly and give useful tips and tricks to hopefully “master” each the axe throwing, archery and shooting. They were all brilliant, and each of us had our own favourites. I wish it was closer to my home town so I could go more often. Definitely something I would recommend as it was fantastic.

Great experience (especially for those winter thrill seekers)
We went canoeing on a particularly windy and rainy day - great for those thrill seekers who literally enjoy living life on the edge. I reckon during calmer weather it’s a lot calmer and peaceful. However, I organised this for my partners birthday and he really enjoyed this activity. Tom Robinson was confident and looked after us very well. Showed us a great time on the aqueduct and we would definitely recommend!

We had the delightful company of tom, in September, abs fantastic guy and what a good laugh we had, cannot recommend this enough. I went with my brother who doesnt know his left hand from his right, and crashed us into the bushes about half a dozen times, which all in made the trip even better. I leisurely took to the front and other than crashing into the bushes didn't have a care in the world. Tom's fab he deserves tips :) and no im not related. Would def do again - also its a good workout! book in advance as it gets busy.

Thanks Tom for an amazing afternoon kayaking on the LLangollen canal and spectacular Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. Also for being so welcoming, patient, and explaining how to best set up and manoeuvre the canoe for those who needed it. We all felt very safe and really enjoyed the challenge. Such amazing views on the aqueduct, a great memory and experience. Thanks for all the pictures which have attracted lots of comments from friends and family. Look forward to further adventures with TNR. Many thanks

Tom our guide was very good. He did a very good job of navigating around obstacles that appeared on the canal, such as on coming boats and passing boats. he was also very enjoyable to talk to. Great views from the aqueduct.
