    Itinerary
    Cape Woolamai
    From Phillip Island Airport head for the coast and Cape Woolamai. Fly past Woolamai Surf Beach, one of Australia’s best known surf beaches before flying around the Cape. This is the highest point on the island and home to the Pinnacles and the old Granite Quarry. Your helicopter then heads for the San Remo Bridge. You’ll see the fishing boats moored in San Remo before turning around Newhaven. Then it’s onto Churchill Island with its historic homestead before returning to the airport. Approximate Flight Time: 8 minutes

    Grand Prix Circuit
    Head south from Phillip Island Airport before turning right at the coast for Grand Prix track. Fly past Smiths Beach and Surfers Point and then start to head inland for a circuit around Phillip Island's famous track, home to the Australian Moto GP, World Superbikes and the Phillip Island V8 Supercars as well as numerous other races. You’ll do a lap over the circuit before returning back to the airport via the coast. Approximate Flight Time: 8 minutes

    Grand Prix, Penguins and Seals .
    Depart Phillip Island Airport tracking the coast and passing Smiths beach, Surfers Point and Cunningham Bay with spectacular views of the Phillip Island Moto GP track. Fly overland to Berrys Reef, flying past Kitty Miller Bay and Summerland Beach, home to the Phillip Island Penguins, before arriving at Seal Rocks. You’ll then fly along the coast taking in the fantastic island views on the return journey to back to the airport. Approximate Flight Time: 16 minutes

    Cowes, Seals, Penguin and Grand Prix
    This flight showcases Phillip Island’s diversity. From Phillip Island Airport head northwest towards Cowes. Fly past the jetty and beach of this very popular holiday destination. Continuing on past Red Rocks Point then Ventnor flying over a series of reefs before the spectacular Nobbies and Seal Rocks come into view. On the way back to the airport, pass Summerland Bay home to the Penguin Parade, Pyramid Rock and the Phillip Island Moto GP circuit. Approximate Flight Time: 20 minutes

    Flight Around the Whole Island
    This is a full island tour. After departing Phillip Island Airport, your helicopter takes a left turn at the coast for Cape Woolamai. Fly over Woolamai Surf Beach, regarded as one of Australia’s best surf beaches in the country, before flying around the Cape itself. Continue over the water towards the San Remo Bridge for great aerial views of San Remo and Newhaven. Follow the coast to Rhyll and its Inlet where migratory birds fly thousands of kilometers to feed. Then it’s on to Cowes, Red Rocks Point then Ventnor before the spectacular Nobbies and Seal Rocks come into view. Seal Rocks is home to Australia’s largest colony of fur seals. Then heading east, you’ll fly past Summerland beach, home to the World famous Penguin Parade then onto Pyramid Rock and the Moto GP circuit, then wave to the swimmers and surfers on Smiths Beach and Surfers Point before returning to the airport. Approximate Flight Time: 20 minutes

    The Cape, Kilcunda and The Desal
    Head southeast from Phillip Island Airport and fly around the magnificent Cape Woolamai. From here your helicopters tracks along the coast past the Punchbowl and Kilcunda. With the wind turbines in view, you’ll be able to see Victoria’s largest infrastructure project, the Victorian Desalination Plant. After a lap of the site, track westbound heading for home, before flying over San Remo. With amazing views of both Bass Strait and Westernport Bay, this is a flight not to be missed. Approximate Flight Time: 20 minutes

    Mornington Peninsula Plus
    Depart in a northwest direction from Phillip Island Airport passing Rhyll, then onto Cowes flying past the jetty and beach at this very popular holiday destination. Upon reaching Cowes head for the Mornington Peninsula! On the flight towards the popular coastline you will take in views of Red Hill and its famous winery region, Arthurs Seat and Port Phillip Bay. With the bay directly ahead, your helicopter will turn towards the south and head for the township of Sorrento passing some of the popular seaside towns including Dromana, Rosebud and Rye. Continue south passing over the Sorrento surf beach then follow the coast around towards Cape Schank. On the return journey, you’ll follow Phillip Island’s south coast passing Seal Rocks, Summerland Bay and the Penguin Parade, Pyramid Rock and the Moto GP circuit. Approximate Flight Time: 42 minutes

    If you really want to see the bird’s eye-view of the whole island, i totally recommend this activity. There are a lot of options to choose from but we chose the 15-min tour which is totally amazing. You get to see where the Penguins will...More

    Not really a pattern for weather, depends on the day really. We had morning 11ish with fog but it looked stunning!
