        Great Afternoon Trip!!
We had an amazing time on this trip! The 3 gentleman that ran the boat and took care of all the Guests were so hospitable and funny. They explained the entire experience and were very attentive with service and beverages. The light lunch served was perfect to have out on the water. The entire experience was very relaxing and enjoyable.

A wonderful excursion to Chichén Itza, Coba, and Cenotes.
The excursion was well organized and the tour guide was well informed, enthusiastic, and entertaining. It was a long day (6 am to 8 pm), but well worth it. Chichen Itzá and Coba were incredible, but the highlight for us was certainly the Cenotes. It was truly magical place. It was no wonder that the Mayans considered it sacred.

        Sandbar catamaran cruise
Unfortunately, we thought we were booking a snorkeling tour to the reef as trip advisor took us to this site when the $80 one we were looking at was full. Our group and the other 3 people sailing with us all thought the same thing. We assumed it was just an additional $15 because food and beverages were included. Be very careful when booking it as it is simply a boat ride to a sandbar. The crew were all very friendly and accommodating, but it wasn't what we were looking to do.

        Gorgeous day out .
We were picked up right on time at our hotel by our lovely driver . We collected other guests and arrived in good time for our trip. The office is welcoming with toilet facilities before you board the boat . I have limited mobility using a stick and the staff were exceptionally helpful keeping me safe . The boat has steps down to the waters edge and a little ladder which I managed well getting into the crystal clear water. I could stand up on the sand bar no problem. We were served drinks even in the sea. Unfortunately there’s no sealife on the sandbar which we didn’t realise. The ocean was still beautiful to swim in . We had a light lunch on board which was fresh and enjoyable. The boat is in excellent condition well looked after. Towels are provided and there’s a toilet on board. We had an amazing day thanks to the Wonderful crew.

        Beautiful views
Absolutely gorgeous trip! Staff were attentive and fantastic. Everything was clean and prepared for us, we left ahead of schedule and came back on time. Transport was easy, clean, and on time. Highly recommend this group for your catamaran excursion. Minimal guests on the boat, normally this would cause the trip to be cancelled but they made it happen for us and it was incredible.

Amazing afternoon chill session…wasn’t busy at all and the crew were incredibly attentive - coupled with amazing water, the wind in our hair and a few drinks (and snacks) to take it the next level..Highly recommend (we added transport and that was great too).

        Unpleasant due to weather
This review is strictly based on our experience and the high expectations we had for this day trip at sea. First off , there was a hurricane warning for the area and we tried to cancel the excursion. When we got ahold of someone they seemed upset and were told to call viator. Viator told us no refunds only the catamaran company could do that and we wouldn't know if we could get our money back until a few days. We decided to just go and it took along time to get there due to all the roads being flooded. A total of 3 couples went. One couple told us they were offered a refund since it had been canceled previously due to weather and this was there last chance since the weather was somewhat decent so they decided to go ahead and do it. We did not have that option, or we would have gotten a refund. The water was choppy and we only went to one location. We travel alot and have done many catamarans and they are lively and full of fun. This one seemed dull and no staff getting the group to have fun, dance, or get involved. when you are told there is a hurricane warning at least sound like you have a plan and make the group feel safe. No explanation of life jackets or life boats nor plan was ever explained. We actually did find the life boat when we were headed back to shore because it came halfway unattached from our catamaran due to the choppy water! We had to stop and the staff tried to reattach it. They couldn't do it, so we sailed back to shore with half the lifeboat dangling in the water. My husband and I are on the older end of 40 and him 50 and the 2 young couples were in there 20's. They played latin music which is perfect for me because i am Hispanic and listen to that on the daily basis and my husband is Caucasian and likes rock and country. No one else spoke Spanish and one couple was from England and the other from US. They never asked them what type of music or got them to enjoy the experience. We have kids their age so we know that the music could have changed the quiet somber mood we had going. They could have made the best of this unpleasant situation mother nature handed us, but unfortunately it was not the case. I wanted so much to love it due to it being my bday but it wasn't. Hopefully if the weather would have been better our experience would have been great like other reviews that got us to book.

Fabulous way to spend an afternoon
What an awesome trip! Best way to spend an afternoon. Having done the same thing in several other countries, this team did not let us down. Probably due to the time of year there were only 6 of us on the catamaran giving it a feel of a private charter. Unassuming crew that looked after us well, making sure our 9 & 11 year olds stayed safe at all times. Simple but tasty lunch, free flowing drinks. Beautiful scenery- what more could you ask for!

        Experience of a lifetime!!!!
The most amazing boat experience I could ever imagine! The crew is absolutely fantastic and we were treated like kings and queens of our own boat. It was a very small group and my entire family spent the majority of the ride on top of the boat, enjoying breathtaking views throughout. The crew was charming and hilarious and never let our drinks run dry. Could not recommend this experience highly enough!!!!

10/10 would recommend! The catamaran was beautiful and well kept. The staff were exceptional and took such good care of all on board. They did a wonderful job keeping the energy high, the drinks flowing, and smiles on our faces. Would definitely recommend this tour if you're looking for a relaxing excursion with great views!

        Great family excursion
Wonderful family experience. We had 5 kids 2-9 years, and 6 adults age 35-67. The crew was great and the boat seemed very sea-worthy and well-cared for. The sand-bar experience was not as shallow as we expected. 4 ft at shallowest. But the floats provided made for a great time on the water. The crew were especially kind to the kids, allowing each one time to steer the boat. Food was good, beverages plentiful, dietary restrictions accommodated. From the shuttle driver pickup to the end, all went well. The manager, Jorge, was very nice and helpful as we prepared for the trip, and helping on check-in.

When is this trip first started we were a little worried we had wasted our money when they started motoring north in the catamaran. Yes, motored, for twenty minute. We’re still not sure why we did it. We basically just bobbed around like a cork and made everyone feel seasick. It was a poor start to the trip.

Thankfully, they finally turned around and we headed to the reef where we engaged in some of the best open water snorkelling we have done in Mexico. We had a great crew, the boat was decent, and the snorkelling itself was a lot of fun. Lots to see, great conditions, and good safety equipment that looked like someone actually maintained it.

When we got back into the boat the crew distributed boxed lunches that were incredibly unpleasant. I am unsure why it was such a low bar given the price you pay and quality of the remainder of the tour.

Once the food had been handed out, we started a one hour - proper up and down the coast - sail that was a lot of fun. It was a windy day and we got a lot of speed out of the boat. The crew were great and we felt safe the entire time. The catamaran is a incredibly steady platform to sail on, and it was a pleasure to spend a day out on the water.

The number of people on board (eight) was ideal, the crew weren’t pushy and there was zero attempt to force a party atmosphere when it was clear we all just wanted to relax and enjoy the cruise.

We would absolutely do it again, we might just bring our own snacks.

This was a great tour option for us. We stayed at Haven and the Puerto Morales dock wasn't far from our hotel. The transport they provided was very comfortable. You check in at their office and it has nice restrooms and AC. We didn't have to wait long at all. Our boat was not jam packed which we all appreciated. The boat was nice and well maintained with a clean restroom (much much better than other boats I've experienced in Mexico!). The crew was fun and friendly - made for a great experience. The snorkeling was great but we had just as much fun sailing on the boat! The snorkeling gear was in good shape and the mouth pieces we used were brand (a relief!). We saw a decent amount of fish and the reef was beautiful. I felt like an adequate amount of time was allotted for the snorkeling and the sailing. We weren't looking it be gone all day. I would highly recommend this company and the tour. We liked the small marina feel of this one!

We have done many catamaran/snorkeling tours in Jamaica, Cancun, and Dominican. Some focus on the sailing, some on sandbar partying and some on the snorkeling. This one is highlighted by its thriving reef and snorkeling. Counted over 20 species of fish, including Angels, Triggers, Barracuda, and Sting Rays.
Great staff at reception and on the boats. Check-in was easy and unlike many other tours. You weren't berated by shop owners or vendors walking to or from the reception center to the boat. Our AM tour group was only 10 people total.
From the catamaran, we got on a small boat to the reef. We entered the water and zig zagged around the reef for about 30-45 minutes. The Barracuda were quite awesome as they always kept their distance. Afterwards, we sailed down the coast with drinks and a simple lunch. No sandbar party after snorkeling, just sailing, snorkeling and drinking. Enjoyed it.
It states it on the site. If you require transportation, that's an additional $20 per person (from Tulum area) and the $15 per person for Reef access since it's a Nat'l park. So keep that in mind if you're budget conscious.

This trip was the highlight of our trip. We had a group of 11 that included all ages from couple of young children all the way to a grandma.

Martin and Angel were the best. Angel expertly guided us on the snorkel and we saw a ton of fish including a couple of barracuda and a ray. Angel was great with some first-timers and made sure they saw pleanty of fish.

Martin then took us to some crystal clear water where we could swim and have fun. After the swim, we sailed while Angel made sure everyone's drinks were full. Everyone in our group agreed that this excursion was the highlight of the vacation.

The catamaran ride was great, the workers were friendly enough and provided great service with drinks and food. I thought the sandwich was good. I would have given this higher ratings but we snorkeled for less than 30 minutes. They said we would snorkel for at least 45 minutes and longer if people were doing fine. We went in the water in a big huddle and swam all over each other for about 20-30 minutes and then the guide led us back to the boat. I questioned it and the guy said it was a long time. After that we sailed for quite some time so that was nice, but would have preferred more snorkeling. What we did see was beautiful. Tons of fish.

This was an amazing adventure! We were able to get into the full day snorkel and sand bar trip. The snorkel was on a shallow reef that had a great variety of fish and corals. We even saw a massive eagle ray eat a fish right in front of us! Then we sailed up to the sand bar where we floated and enjoyed beverages provided by the excursion. The crew of the catamaran was so accommodating and fun. They really made the trip memorable. I would highly recommend this to anyone, even if you've never snorkeled before. Everything you need to have an awesome adventure is provided.

One of the most fabulous trips we could have imagined. Jose, Martin, and their crew were kind attentive and patient. We had never snorkeled before yet they patiently introduced us to the basics and showed us the most incredible sights underwater. My wife is not a very strong swimmer and they gave her extra attention which made both of us more comfortable. Even the driver who brought us to the marina was personable and attentive. Do not miss this excursion.

      Incredible experience!
Freddy, Martin, & Ulysses were amazing and very attentive. There was another gentleman (I can’t remember his name) who provided wonderful details and instructions regarding snorkeling.
We saw lots of fish and were able to explore the reefs and coral. The provided lunch was basic but delicious and sitting on the front of the boat was a wonderful experience.

      Highly recommend this excursion!

The staff were amazingly accommodating and friendly! They provided a relaxed and fun atmosphere. I will say the snorkeling is a bit intense and requires a lot of swimming but our guide was amazing at pointing out cool fish and taking us to reefs. The drinks and meals were a nice touch and the boat has a nice hammock in the front to relax on and watch the water. Would book again with them!

Angel was an amazing guide. I was on a solo trip as a young female in her 20s. Whether it’s your first time snorkeling or not, he gave really good tips and tricks and explained how to have the most enjoyable snorkeling experience. He had really good energy, and was very attentive to the entire group. He made it very clear that we wanted to limit the harm to the reef, as it is delicate. He explained how to swim horizontally as to not swim vertically and kick up sand, disrupting the gentle ecosystem. I would recommend to families with older children, couples and solo travelers! We had a mix on our tour.
