Awful Experience – Avoid This Tour Company This was the worst tour company I’ve ever used. Stay far away. We booked the Palenque Archaeological Site, Misol-Ha, and Agua Azul Waterfalls tour for 1,800 pesos for two people. It turned out this only covered transportation and tickets to Palenque, which cost just 200 pesos each. Upon arrival at Palenque, the guide—who had spent the entire drive chatting with the driver instead of engaging with us—told us the guided historical tour of the ruins would cost an additional 500 pesos per person. Without this, we were left to wander on our own. Reluctantly, we hired him for the guided tour, but it was another waste of money. His explanations were basic and could easily have been found on Wikipedia. Worse, some of his information was incorrect, as we discovered when visiting the museum near the parking lot. Unfortunately, this was the best part of the day. The drive to the two waterfall sites was terrifying. The driver sped recklessly along winding roads with a 50 km/h speed limit, often driving between 70–90 km/h. He swerved abruptly to avoid potholes and speed bumps, all while frequently checking his cell phone, steering with his knees. He showed no regard for safety, despite carrying 11 passengers in the van. On the return trip, things got even worse. In the dark, the driver maintained the same reckless speed and added an unannounced 20-minute stop in the middle of a dark intersection to wait for another van to pick up two passengers. Thankfully, traffic closer to town slowed him down, but his behavior was shockingly irresponsible and borderline criminal. It doesn’t matter how skilled a driver thinks they are—when transporting others, safety must come first. This driver couldn’t care less. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. You’re better off booking elsewhere.

Twice the price by tripadvisor Better to check with the local company, eco tour or other straight outside ado bus company

We did a tour to Yaxchilan/Bonampak with 2 small children. Everything was arranged perfect! Pick-up, a good vehicle, breakfast, boat trip, guiding, lunch,... We've had a lovely day. Recommend!

I booked this tour 3 days in advance. Two days before the tour, I was contacted and informed that they couldn't find my hotel in the city for pickup. We then realized that my hotel and the city were too far away for the tour, which was understandable to me, so I couldn't participate. However, I never received a refund, and no one responds to my messages. I didn't go on the tour, and I didn't get my money back. This is theft!

Our tour was good, they picked us up at our hotel right on schedule. The Palenque ruins are Crazy Fantastic, we loved it! The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that we had paid ahead of time to have an English-speaking tour guide, we ended up having several Spanish speakers join our group at the last minute, and our guide ended up speaking Spanish probably 90% of the time. I did feel like I missed a lot of information.

Really helpful with booking my travel to Flores. I had some problem with the immigrationform, but they really helped me!

They took uas on an excellent daily trip from Palenque to the ruins of Bonanpaq. The advantageous tour included breakfast and lunch as well as a three hour walk across the jungle with a stop at a natural waterfall.

Nice guy, good service! Helped us with various things like trips and transport to guatemala. We came to him because we wanted to get the most out of our 1 day in palenque. He recommended us what to do with our day, helped us book it voor a very decent price.

It was good, but the driver drove fast, and he said starting time to return to city at 5:20, everybody has been waiting at the bus since 4:45, we kept waiting and waiting .... Until 5:25, there he came.....

It was an amazing experience, the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the Mayan cities. It’s a long tour due to the distance but I can Assure you , its definitely worthy. Take mosquito repellent and water Breakfast and meal are included.

Beautiful waterfalls. There are five different waterfalls, they are all beautiful and you can swim in the pools. There are also ropes to climb from waterfall three to waterfall two. Less crowded than Agua Azul, only one restaurant and no souvenir shops. Our driver didn’t communicate much, just told us what time to be back.

"tours Chiapas" is the only way to book the excursion :-) they give you personal detail and take care of you and check on you while you are in the waterfalls. It's absolutely beautiful you can just go in and swim and leave them when they say it's warm! Book with this complete you will not be disappointed in your multi-day trip. I was absolutely blown away by the level of detail that they provided in their trips! Just go!!!
