Dear Ronan, Thank you for your great review, I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your tour and that you were so well looked after by Alesha. You're correct in saying some of the hikes can be strenuous, we recommend a moderate level of fitness however our guides will monitor the group and make shorter hikes available if necessary. Thank you again for your review, your recommendation is the best compliment we can hope for.

Dear Christine, Thank you for taking the time to share your review following your recent Wayoutback touring experience. Your comments have been received with concern and I welcome you to contact me at if you would like to discuss your experience further. I was particularly concerned to hear of the issues you experienced on your return journey. As registered tour vehicles our entire fleet is subject to strict safety standards and is regularly inspected for compliance. I have notified our operations team of the issues mentioned to ensure they are addressed immediately and apologise that this occurred. Furthermore your account of our tour guides response to your feedback does not reflect the level of customer care we would expect from our team and this will be addressed with the guide. Once again I apologise that some aspects of your tour fell short of expectation and appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we can address the issues. We wish you well on your further travels and welcome you to share any further comments via the email address above.
