Kata Tjuta Small-Group Tour Including Sunrise and Breakfast
From US$125.60
Overview
Roll out of bed and get picked up right at your hotel for a sunrise experience at Kata Tjuta. No need to puzzle out transportation in the predawn darkness, you'll be ferried right to the best possible spot to see the sunrise over the Red Centre at this UNESCO World Heritage-listed national park. After a sunrise picnic breakfast, stroll through Walpa Gorge with your guide.
What to Expect
Be ready for super early morning pickup at your Ayers Rock Resort accommodations, where you'll hop into a 4WD vehicle and finish waking up on the way to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed national park, home to the 36 domes of Kata Tjuta.

Upon arrival, follow your guide to the best possible place to watch the sunrise and then travel over to the western side for an outback-style picnic breakfast. Listen to your guide talk about the geological history and environment of the area; you'll learn much more than you would visiting on your own.

After breakfast, take a walk through the rock passageways of Walpa Gorge and hear about the spiritual significance of this region, sacred to the local Aboriginal people.

EARLY MORNING START—WORTH WHILE!

Rachel and Gareth were our guides. Small group, 11 of us. Seeing the sunrise over Uluru was amazing and of course Kata Tjuta was near by. Raisin toast and plunger coffee for breakfast along with cereal and fruit cup—yummy. The guides were friendly and chatty...More

SEIT's small group tours and access to private viewing areas make your Uluru and Kata Tjuta visits feel more personal - away from the large coach tours and "photo snapping" events. We did the 3 hour Sunrise and Breakfast tour to Uluru... and the spot...More
