Overview
The Great Barrier Reef is one of Australia’s most impressive natural wonders, and the outer reef is teeming with exotic marine life. On this tour, choose to soar overhead in a helicopter or set sail on a high-speed catamaran, then dive in to swim and snorkel at Agincourt Reef, and enjoy a delicious buffet lunch onboard.
What to Expect

Your tour begins with pickup from your Port Douglas hotel and, depending on the tour option selected, a short transfer to the Port Douglas marina or helipad. If you’ve chosen to fly out by helicopter, take off on a 35-minute flight, soaring over two of Australia’s UNESCO World Heritage–listed landscapes—the Daintree Rainforest, and the islands and sandy cays of the Great Barrier Reef. Alternatively, set sail across the Coral Sea aboard a high-speed catamaran and venture out to explore the more remote outer reefs.

Your destination for the day is a pontoon anchored along Agincourt Reef, where you’ll have around three hours to spend at your leisure. Dive in to swim and snorkel, cruise around the coral gardens on a semi-submersible submarine, or spot tropical fish and marine life from the underwater observatory. A delicious buffet lunch is also included.

After an unforgettable day discovering the Great Barrier Reef, set out on your return journey by either catamaran or helicopter to Port Douglas, where your tour ends.

Great way to see the beauty of the reef

Both my husband and I wanted to see the reef. But time was everything on our 4 day visit in Port Douglas. Both of us enjoy land activities over water so it made sense for us to do this.. WOW and was it worth it!...More

Must do!

We thoroughly enjoyed our day. Helicopter ride out to the Reef, semi submerged boat trip, snorkelling amongst some beautiful fish, turtles and coral and then returned home in a catamaran. The day was very well organised and we would recommend this tour to everyone 😊

Well worth it

Went on the extended 40 minute flight out of Port Douglas. Andrew our pilot was very knowledgable and wanted us to ensure we got the best from the experience. Went out to far reefs, spotted rays, sharks and turtles. Well worth it, landed and buzzing!...More
