Absolutely wonderful! We were there on January 20th. One of the highlights of our trip. Jai was terrific! On top of everything, there to answer any questions or resolve any confusions. The penguins were adorable. They appeared right on cue at about 9:10 and just kept coming. But it’s not just about the penguins. There are lots of sites to see, critters to spot and magnificent scenery along with the continuing narrative of Australian history and the Australian experience. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough.

This was undoubtedly the best tour I’ve experienced in Australia. In just one day, we explored a variety of beaches, rainforests, rock formations, and encountered an abundance of wildlife, including koalas and kangaroos. If I had to choose only one trip for sightseeing in Australia, this would undoubtedly be the one. What made this day particularly special was our amazing captain, Mel. She was not only fun and knowledgeable but also attentive to each and every guest. I truly feel fortunate to have been part of her group.

This tour is an absolute delight for animal lovers; we had the opportunity to see all of Australia's iconic wildlife in a single day, mostly in their natural habitats, which was truly remarkable. Go West Tours is exceptionally well-structured and organized, and I have no regrets in choosing this company.

It was my second time touring the great ocean road with Go West. This tour was also satisfying to visit and look around many unique Victorian regions. Walking the rain forest was refreshing and seeing the 12 apostles was breathtaking. The day was memorable. Thanks to our tour guide Alisha guiding driving and even bringing us to her hidden places to see wildlife!! And her baking skill was brilliant! So yeah, I would highly recommend this tour program to everyone planning to visit Melb and Victoria AU!

Amazing trip and Camille was a great tour guide and amazing driver!!! She provided detailed info about each stop and site we visited. We had enough time at each location and the trip was not rushed. The Noobies view point and the woolamai surf beaches are two must see locations on Phillip island. Of course seeing australian wildlife and not to forget the star of the trip, penguin parade!

We had a wonderful day with Aleks as our driver and tour guide. The beach stops were beautiful. We saw a lot of Australian wildlife along the way and the penguins were amazing. Aleks gave us lots of good info and kept us well informed about how things would go, as well as making it fun. All we had hoped for and more!

Loved all of the sights and our tour guide Camille was outstanding! She gave us great recommendations on restaurants in Cowe, and lots of background information everywhere we went.

What a wonderful time! Nicest beaches ive ever seen. Aleks is a lovely tour guide. I wanted to see every last Penguin. I hated leaving.

Mel our hostess was the best. She knew her stuff and maintained a high level of energy throughout the 12+ hour day. Seeing the 12 Apostles was the highlight of this trip and the two different stops showed amazing views of these monuments. This was the fitting end to our 1.5 weeks in Australia.

Shortly after departing, our bus pulled over to an emergency lane on a busy roadside with an apparent injured tire. Lucy bravely inspected the tires as semi’s roared by within inches of our coach. Not finding damage, we proceeded up a steep bridge where our injured bus chugged inch by inch barely making it over the busy bridge apex then rolled downhill and retired at a service station. Skeptical of Lucy’s 30 replacement bus estimate I starting calling car rental companies with plans to Uber out of the torture tour. Impossibly, a healthy twin bus quickly arrived before we could even finish the blueberry cup cakes a smiling enthusiastic Lucy passed around. With that, our bus full of passengers from around the world proceeded with our ocean road day long tour. Seeing the 12 apostles was awe inspiring, but what made the bouncy bus trip fun and educational was the irrepressible, enthusiastic , leader of our troop who never wavered in her positive guidance, telling funny anecdotes day long like William Buckley reincarnated as aborigines chief and more.

I really enjoyed the trip with such great people from different cultures. It was really fun going with a group our coach was Lucy she's really great and happy lady who made my day really beautiful I hope to go on tour with her again.

The trip was so lovely! Our tour guide, Lucy, was very enthusiastic and friendly and very professional when dealing with any hiccups. The views were beautiful and the road trip went by very quickly with some entertainment and music from Lucy!! Highly recommended and many thanks to our lovely guide!!
