          An Inspiring Afternoon
This was the highlight of our 10 day stay in Central Australia. Our driver and guide, Dylan, was great company and generous in what he shared of his own life and experiences. We really benefitted from his insights into Anangu culture and the area. Elizabeth joined us at the Women's Cave and it was a privilege to spend time in her company.

Private sunrise tour Kata Tjuṯa and Uluru.
We had a fabulous time! Matt the guide was great with children and very knowledgeable. Shirley our local Anangu guide told beautiful stories and was really engaging with us. It was such a great experience.

          A must do experience!
What an unforgettable experience! Matt's knowledge, cultural understanding and local language totally completed this amazing experience. With Shirley joining us and telling her dancing stories and letting us share her culture by giving us a much deeper understanding. No photo can show this experience - its a must do only! Highly recommend Australian Private Tours!

          Dan-Rhonda & Russ
We had a fantastic time mainly because our driver, Russ was excellent couldn't have been better. He knew all the places to stop and avoid the crowds which made it that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend doing a trip with Russ just fantastic.

          Amazing
a big thank you for the tour. We had the most incredible and authentic experience. It was such a chance to have Shirley with us. She is an amazing woman. And finally, a big thank you to Matt for his kindness and for sharing with us his knowledge and experience. It is great to see that tourism can be authentic and respectful of the tradition.

          Amazing Tour
Cameron was the best. We had a three day private tour and it was amazing. So energetic and really felt like part of the family. Highlight was him helping my 80 year old mom to the top of the Grampians on a hike that took 4 hours. Look no further and book with confidence. You will not regret it.

          Unforgettable experience!
Our group was pretty demanding requesting a tour to both Uluru and Kata Tjuta on Christmas Eve. Cameron was arranging the details of the private tour prior to our departure and was very prompt in responding and quick in accommodating our requests. He is a friendly person and a very confident owner of the company. On the day of Christmas Eve, our group received one of the most unforgettable gifts in our lives. The guide/driver Matt was very laid back and had great sense of humor. He was thoroughly knowledgeable responding to all our questions, at the same time was very respectful and sensitive to the aboriginal culture and the stories of Anangu. Our group was a circle of friends from ages 2 to late 50's who are interested in spiritual journey, meditating together quite often. Matt understood us right away and shared all the spiritual aspects of Kata Tjuta and Uluru. We sensed he came from the future - if we believe that time is linear - to guide us in our spiritual experience on that day. His individual connection with each members in our group was very personalized and highly sensitive and this all happened in just 6 hours! We wish we could have stayed longer in Australia because Cameron has professional tour guides all over. Our brief stay in Sydney was just to transfer to the international flight out. That said, we look forward to other tours in the near future when we go back.

          The Glorious Red Earth.
Uluru is like a magnet throbbing with deep earth vibrations that seem to call you you meet her. Acknowlede it, listen, follow and go there. Take whom you would take, the fellowship is there. I am glad I chose to find a tour guide and a small private company called Australian Private Tours (APT). The whole process was friendly and made easy by a phone call promptly following my enquiry. All we had to do is talk about our general plans, and the rest was all organised by Cameron at APT. After we arrived by Qantas from the nearby airport, we had an afternoon to relax at the hotel and just breathe the sweetness of middle earth's fresh air. Already we knew the pressure was off, people there were friendly and interesting and then we met Leroy. A champion of enthusiasm for the Outback people, the stories, the actual history and way of life on edges of natural constructions that defy imagination. They are to me the most glamourous gardens I've seen anywhere in the world, manicured only by time and hidden by space. I took my mother, who is Australian born and never been there. She said she enjoyed it immensely. If a 79 year old can pick up and go for two nights, you have to do it too. I cannot explain what a close up look to the Ouback and her people is like by words alone, its a feel you have when you are there and I am only interested in more time to find a range of interesting things to see and do that extend beyond the first few waypoints of discovery in only two nights. I need not mention the Outback buffet and field of lights included in the tour. I would say it would not have been the same without our hosts Cameron and Leroy from APT.

Great company to customize your trip with!
My wife and I wanted to take a tour to see the Phillip Island Penguin Parade. We looked at several tour companies, but all of them featured other stops that we weren’t really interested in. Then we found Australian Private Tours and decided to see what they could customize for us. Company owner Cameron responded quickly and was very easy to work with, helping set up an itinerary that included stopping at places my wife and I wanted to see that weren’t included in the large group tour itineraries. He was able to include stops in Sam Remo to watch the wild pelican feed and at Churchill Island Heritage Farm, both of which we really enjoyed. We ended the day at the Penguin Parade. Our guide Simon picked us up in Melbourne. In San Remo, he helped us find where to quickly grab lunch so we could watch the pelican feed and head off again to have plenty of time to see the activities we wanted to watch at Churchill Island Heritage Farm. After we left the farm, he was able to show us some extra sites and provide us with a lot of interesting facts and insights about what it is like to live in the area. He has spent a lot of time on Phillip Island because his parents own a home there. We really appreciated Simon’s knowledge and the fact that Cameron found us a guide with a local connection. Simon took us to see the Nobbies before we headed to the Penguin Parade, and we are so glad that this was included, because it may be one of the most beautiful areas we have ever seen. We hadn’t actually requested to go there, only because we didn’t really think we would have time to see it due to the specific timing of the other things we had planned for the day. That is why it was so great having Simon and Cameron’s expertise! Simon also knew just when to arrive at the Nobbies and then leave there and head to the Penguin Parade to beat the big crush of people on large group tours at both places. He was also attentive to small details that made a big difference for us timewise since the Penguin Parade visitor’s centre doesn’t even open until 4:00 PM, and we had to order food there and eat it as well as check out the gift shop in a pretty short timeframe before needing to assemble for the Ultimate Adventure Tour that Cameron was able to book for us. Simon offering to run our gift shop purchase out to his van and even just grabbing sauce for our chips saved us precious time and made our experience there more relaxing rather than rushed. If you want to go to Phillip Island or pretty much anywhere else in Australia, we highly recommend Australian Private Tours. It was so nice to be able to go where we wanted to go instead of where the large group tour companies go and to have an expert to guide us and help us while we were there.

          just brilliant
Cameron was brilliant - he organised our holiday to Uluru and Kata Tjuṯa. You will find no better tour organiser! We were a group of 7 including grandparents and teenagers - coming together from Zurich, Chicago and Brisbane. Cameron booked local guides who were very knowledgeable about the sensitivities of and challenges for the traditional owners. Our guides often attracted people from other tour groups as our guides were so knowledgeable and friendly. Cameron took into consideration the ages and interests of individual group members, and suggested food stops on the road and other tourist activities. He supports local Aussie talent which is a must out in central Australia. I can’t wait to Organise our next Aussie holiday with Cameron.

          Fabulous Service--Attended to all Details
Cameron attended to all the details in advising and executing private tours for a group of four friends in both Sydney and Cairns. Both the tours and guides exceeded our expectations. I recommend without hesitation.

          Amazing personalised tour of Uluru/Olgas
I cannot recommend Cameron enough. We had an Uluru/Olgas tour cancelled last minute and Aust Pvte Tours jumped in to the rescue. In all honesty, it was a blessing in disguise because I think we got a 10x better experience than we would on a normal bus tour. Leroy, our driver/guide for the day was AMAZING! His knowledge, his skill, his explanations, and his wit were above and beyond……and he is truly phenomenal with kids! Thank you so much to Cameron and Leroy for creating one of our best NT experiences. :)

The most memorable tour and such personalised service
We did a tour of Ayers Rock both sunset and sunrise. Cameron was so responsive and with all private tours booked out including Cameron’s tours he went out of his way to find someone to conduct the tour for us and put together a personalised experience for us and give us memories that will never be forgotten.

I found Cam via the Google several years ago when I needed to arrange for a tour for relatives. As it was their first time in Melbourne, of course we did the penguins! It was great - Cam listened, suggested multiple options and executed a fun, easy trip.

I've subsequently took several trips with Cam and several of his guides (Francois, Julie, etc) and each time, the trips have been drama free, stressless, and simple. Having been with multiple groups, they handle a van full of rambunctious kids as well as they do 4 adults doing a tasteful wine afternoon in the Yarra.
