What to Expect
Get picked up at your Broome hotel before embarking on your day trip to Cape Leveque, which is located in the northernmost tip of Western Australia’s Kimberley region. It's part of Aboriginal-owned land that’s surrounded by the Indian Ocean.

Learn about the area from your driver/guide, as you travel across the red desert that is only accessible by dirt tracks. Along the way, stop at the Beagle Bay Aboriginal Community for tea and check out the Beagle Bay church’s pearl-shell altar. Following that, head north to the One Arm Point Community for a view of the Buccaneer Archipelago.

Once you reach Cape Leveque, grab a picnic lunch, see the rocky coastline, and take a dip in the ocean. Then, either return to Broome on the 4WD or via a direct flight, depending on the option you selected when booking.

Great trip.

This is a great trip if you are visiting the top of Western Australia . Very knowledgeable tour operator who drove veery well on dirt roads. This trip included a healthy lunch. We also visited a couple of Indigenous communities who were very hospitable.

Hi if you have said definite 4WD vehicle not just an SUV which I have. The road is sealed for the first few kms then unsealed the remainder of the trip. I would say that the driver needs to be experienced in driving 4WD... More

The question that I suggest you put to the tour operator is "If the weather stops the tour, will we get our money back ?" If the answer is yes - go ahead and book.
