Company was very accommodating on the time and the driver was very professional and friendly and accommodating on the day taking them for detour drive to not arrive to early. Used VIP Charter to transfer from Perth Airport to the Celebrity Solstice which was berthed at Freemantle. The experience was amazing from the arrivals lounge at the airport to the dock and departure terminal for the ship. You cannot find a fault with this service from the airport. We were met at Perth airport at arrivals and taken to our apartment and the same service back to the airport was very good.

My family of 6 took the Vehicle for a 2 way transfer from Perth airport to our hotel and vice Versa. Excellent service, received a SMS before pickup to confirm who's picking us up from hotel. Before I went overseas I organised to have transfers from airlines, hotels and trains and I always got a text the night before advising on the drivers name and confirmation of time which was reassuring. The driver was always helpful and on time and could not do enough for me, even with a cold bottle of water which was appreciated. I would not hesitate in recommending this service to anyone as I could not fault it.

My husband and I have used VIP Charter Vehicles at least 7 times now and I can't recommend them highly enough. We have had different drivers each time and they have always been on time, in fact they are waiting before the arranged time by at least five minutes. I receive an email the day prior to travel to confirm and I always get a text message on the day to let me know what our drivers name is. They use the easiest route to the airport and there are those simple touches like a bottle of water and mints for the passengers. We will be using them again in less than 3 weeks and we have another two holidays booked before the end of the year so we will definitely be using them to take us to the airport. We (6 adults) used this very professional charter vehicle service to pick us up in a 6-person vehicle to transfer from Gloucester Park harness racing track on Interdominion final night back to our hotel in the CBD. Vanya, our driver sent a text message to tell us where she had parked and we found her within minutes of leaving the complex. There was a large crowd and we had no trouble finding the vehicle. The vehicle was presented in first class condition and we would definitely not hesitate in recommending the service. Price was also very reasonable for the fantastic service.
