This was a great tour. The Maori Living Village was especially interesting. They presented a cultural show at the beginning and then divided the large group in to 2 smaller ones. It was especially interesting to learn how they use the hot springs for cooking.

Tony was great guide that worked to make the most memorable experience. We had a small group; a family of four and my wife and I. While the family elected to attend the Maori Culture Show, Tony showed us the scenic side of the region and provided a nice history lesson. We expressed our desire to see the redwoods for an extended time to which he kindly accommodated. We would strongly recommend this excursion in favor of the ones offered by the cruise lines.

We did a tour with a small group, saw mud pools, geysers. Visited a kiwi farm.
Tour guide was awesome, funny and very informative. Slightly confusing as it seemed to be a group of different tours and we dropped other passengers off to do their activities. Overall a great tour.

Hi, thank you for your compliment and your feedback. I am the new owner of this business and we are veering away from the old regime where there were customers doing different tour options in the same coach, as well aiming to keep 2 or 3 seats spare in the coach unless it is a private charter. Yes, we have a wonderful part of the world here where we live and we aspire to show many more overseas guests in the near future. Presently we are on hold due to Covid-19 but we will resume our service as soon as it is safe

We had an amazing day with Arrow tours.
We were large getting off the cruise but the new owner Toby drove us to the first stop off point.
Kerry was an excellent guide and made sure that we all enjoyed the day.
I hope that the recent happenings in the world will clear soon and wish you every success.

Hi Clare, Thank you for your compliments. I will pass them on to Kerry. He is an entertaining authentic Kiwi man....we love his dry humour expressed through his as he calls it "made for radio" voice. Yes, this has had an unimaginable impact on our business as of March 13. We can't for see when we will be up and operating again but we hope it is as soon as it is safe for everyone. We hope you made it home to England safe and you remain that way. Toby

Although the weather on the day was a bit average, Roger made the tour absolutely brilliant and showed us all there is to see with Mt Maunganui and Rotorua with brilliant local knowledge. Although we were late getting off the boat, and would have missed out tour, Roger was more than accommodating. Next time I am in the area I will be touring with Roger and Arrow Tours for sure. Was a great day out and was enjoyed by all. Would 100% recommend to anyone

We booked this day tour for our party of five. Our guide Kerry was ready and waiting and treated us to an amazing day of interesting places and informative commentary about places he obviously knows very well. Although some of us had visited before we were treated to some special places that made the day very memorable. We would thoroghly recommend this tour to see many great areas in this amazing part of the world. A top rate driver and guide. Many thanks for a wonderful day.

We always look for small group tours we can book privately instead of overpriced cruise ship tours. Roger was a great choice. We saw many sights the large tour buses can’t get into. Exactly what we wanted. Our best tour on our 16 day cruise.

Our guide Kerry pick us up from the cruise ship terminal. He was an excellent guide. Lots of knowledge. We had a wonderful day sightseeing. We did not do the cultural tour but were taken to another place to see the mud pool. Just incredible. The whole day was filled with exciting thing to see. Would recommend this trip to anyone traveling to Tauranga. We were delivered back to the ship in plenty of time

Excellent tour for the money. Small group tour of 12 people 6 couples, easy to hop on and hop off the van to see things, everyone returned back to the van on time.Roger was our guide, he is very knowledgeable. He stopped in many places and let us to get off the van to see things and take pictures. We paid extra NZ25 to see Maori Cultural Experience, it was very nice to experience NZ culture. Roger managed our tour time quite time. It was full 7 hours tour and we had great time.We also loved our kiwifruits farm visit as well. Highly recommend this tour to those cruisers visiting Tauranga.
