Highly do not recommend this company. I booked a service to be collected from Queenstown Airport and to be dropped off at Haka Lodge in Queenstown, 15 minutes down the road. I provided flight details and paid them $30. Flight arrival was 7:40pm, they did not collect me until 11:20pm. Numerous phone calls with a unacceptable excuse. Told me to arrange only a green taxi and that they would cover it but not other taxi. There was no green taxi and after all of the stuff around I requested a refund which they refused. I wrote 3 emails with no response as they have decided to ignore me. I have wrote to the Ombudsman.

We had booked a super shuttle well in advance. They knew our flight numbers, so knew what time we needed to be at the airport. When we disembarked, on time, early if anything, there was no shuttle waiting. We proceeded to wait for 45 mins while others without bookings pushed ahead of us. As a result of this, one of our passengers had to catch another shuttle in order to get to the airport on time. Thus we paid twice for the same service. Not good service at all, and not a good end to our holiday. Not impressed, and wont be using again.

Shockingly bad customer service. Do NOT recommend. I received terrible service from one of the call centre staff when having issues with my booking at 3am after travelling for 36 hours. I initially wrote to the company to complain about the service, hoping that they will see how unprofessional and rude their staff are. All I wanted was an acknowledgement and apology for how I was treated. Received a call from the Director, Peter King, in which he simply talked me through the events surrounding my complaint and said they did everything right. No empathy or apologies for the way in which I was treated. Definitely would NOT be using their services again.

Driver ripped me off, made me.pay before leaving and charged .me $11.00 more than the next passengers even though I got off first.tThis was at 7 on a Sunday night.I should have got an Uber.

Overall, very good. I think there was a slight delay in leaving compared to what was scheduled - by about 10 minutes- and got to destination about 15 minutes later than expected, but overall this product is really good. It is very good value compared with other transport options - I pre booked and paid $30 NZD. The online setup is easy. The driver was courteous and professional. The vehicle is comfortable enough. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to where the shuttle departure is from the airport arrival exit . Would use again if needed to transfer in Auckland like this and have no obvious Issues to report.

It used to be the best option for transfer between airport and city. Now, be prepared to sit and wait for the van to fill out even you booked it in advance. They don't direct you to next one to leave, just let you stew waiting. And the app isn't very user friendly also, making you search for your booking inside your profile and don't even try to make changes through it. Call the general number, it's the only way. I hope they someday bring it back to the service level it was before covid.

The shuttle was there waiting when I got off my flight and it was a straightforward trip to my hotel. The driver was absolutely lovely and came back and returned my phone when I left it behind in the van. Thanks! Super grateful! Highly recommend 👍😁

Appalling service. Failed to show, booking had been made. This Company should be shut down. It is one of the biggest rip-offs that you can find. The help desk staff are not interested (that's if you are lucky enough to have the phone answered. Management are worse. I making sure that no-one else ever uses them.

We booked a private super shuttle as we had a lot of luggage and didn't want to risk losing our luggage or having it accidentally taken by another passenger. Sadly our flight was delayed by a couple of hours which meant we were leaving the airport around 2:30am, meaning that transport options were limited, our shuttle driver essentially told us that he would be taking additional passengers onto our privately paid for shuttle and didnt really give us any choice, he said it was just 2 extras going to the same location but it was actually 3 passengers all going different places essentially adding an extra 20 minutes onto our journey (Which at 2:30am is really the last thing you want) - The driver also was incredibly erratic with his driving and could not follow basic instructions. He tried to make out like the extra passengers were our fault because we we took too long, like it was our fault we were delayed on our flight. The driver had such a poor attitude, he also turned the heating up to an uncomfortable level of warm making the journey really unpleasant. If I had of known this was how our ride was going to go I would have just gotten an uber... I will never use super shuttle again.

Waited more than 5 mins as advertised more like 40 mins Need to be more precise with timing. Other shuttles pass by few times..

Pros - drive was waiting after we had a flight delay from Christchurch (no idea why as air NZ said F all) Cons - staff criticised us for being late. Well you have our flight details as you requested, so try looking. Driver was dangerous and reckless using one phone in the cradle and the other in his hand while driving. In the rain and at night in busy traffic and at 100kph. The drive could do with saying what stop you’re at. Not have you guess. Use them as they are responsible but don’t rely on them if you’re needing an accurate drop off time.

Unless you are going direct to the city or with a large group that can't fit in a taxi, dont bother. I booked a supershuttle to the northshore. They dropped off 4 other groups before me, and they were scattered all over Aucklan. A 25min trip took 1.5 hours and not a even a heads up from the driver. I checked the uber price when I arrived, and it was $7 cheaper. Unfortunately, I had the shuttle booked...

One of my rare reviews, but I need to share my great experience of Super Shuttle. Used the service 3 times Auckland Airport to City, City to Auckland Airport, Christchurch City to Airport. All 3 trips were excellent (shared ride), booked, paid online, email confirmation, buses all turned up on time, drivers very pleasant and helpful. Great value for money compared to taxi and door to door. Would highly recommend and use again.

We arrived at Auckland Domestic Airport from Christchurch and I had booked the shuttle to take four passengers to collect a hire car at Beach Street in the city. Previously I had booked a shuttle on line from Brisbane prior to landing in New Zealand and this first experience was great. The driver checked us off his manifest, loaded our bags and we were in the shuttle for 5 minutes and set off into the city with multiple drop offs on the way. There was even an accident on the freeway but we still made it to the Copthourne Hotel in 30 to 40 minutes and we were the last drop off. Overall great first time experience, however when we did our second trip we had to find the shuttle, load our own bags into the trailer and wait for 15 minutes as the driver Max107 continually waited and looked for additional customers coming over several times to tell us it would be five more minutes. Eventually we get underway. We discover talking to the other 4 passenger's that we are the only ones who have booked and the other 4 passenger's are walk-on and have not booked. We also discover that the last passenger has bought his bag into the shuttle and prior to this there was a hand to hand exchange prior to him boarding. We also discovered that this passenger was the only one of our group that was not a downtown drop off. So instead of dropping this passenger off last he decided that he would be the first. So we took a tour of Auckland city which eventually meant that our original 30 to 40 minute trip was blown out to over 2 hours and 10 minutes. We had noticed that we had passed a park near the university where we stayed and discovered that our car hire company was less than a kilometer away in the same area. We experienced heavy braking by the driver, the vehicle mounting the gutter on turns and finding a park road with at least 15 speed bumps along the way. We had been taken on a loop from downtown to the harbor and back to downtown Auckland. When we were eventually dropped off and unloaded our bags I asked the driver why we not dropped off earlier than the first drop and he indicated that is the system. If that is the system it certainly deviated significantly from our first experience with this company. I sent an email to Super Shuttle to advise them of this experience and have not gotten a response.
