I was unaware of the possibility of the announcement of a change in schedule through text message. The bus shuttle arrived earlier. Nor was there an announcement of this through e-mail.
I happened to have a typing error in my phone number and I was fully blamed.

25 dollars to waste and half an hour outside in the cold in Dunedin in stress.
I got a taxi for 59 dollars with RunningErrands, which is locally run by John. He’s a friendly fella. I recommend this.

Give a call if you are late

If you have a shuttle booking and you do not know when they will arrive, is it too much to ask from them to give you a call and let you know that they are on the way and are late. You are waiting in your hotel lounge and your flight leaves in one hour, you call them and wait on the line.
