Awesome trip. 10 out of 10. Great flight into Milford with lots of information from our wonderful pilot Jared. Boat cruise was great, we learned about the formation of the fijords and saw Fijord land penguines and New Zealand fur seals . Jared then brought us back along a different route back into Queenstown

This tour was absolutely amazing. From start to finish we honestly couldn’t recommend it any more highly - if I could give it 15 stars I would. The staff and whole outfit is incredibly professional and helpful. There wasn’t a moment we didn’t love. The views over the peaks are absolutely breathtaking and the memories will stay with us forever. Our pilot was Jared and he was absolutely fantastic! His commentary on the trip there and back was so interesting. The cruise was spectacular with a very comfortable boat and great staff on board. Honestly - if you are even thinking about this - do it! It is worth every single cent and more.

Beautiful place with really friendly and professional ground and air crew. Special thanks to our pilot Kurt. The only thing is I don't think you need to do the cruise if you fly in. Cruise was ok, but flight covers all the best stuff in 5 minutes not 2 hours.

Milford Sound Scenic Flight / Cruise / Scenic Flight was a wonderful experience for my family. It was full service, beginning to end, perfect. Our pilot, Libbey, was excellent, professional, knowledgeable & safe, and we all learned a lot and enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

What can I say? We had perfect weather which always enhances the experience. The pilot, Jared was so knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour, a fine young man! The flight was seamless, and gave us a whole new perspective to the magnitude and magnificence of the mountain ranges and glacial lakes. The Milford Sound cruise was spectacular and we were lucky to see seals and dolphins. The trip took 4-5 hours in total compared to a very long day on the road or overnight stay. We done both before but the drive was exhausting although very picturesque. Thank you Jared for an awesome day!

These guys will only fly if there is no rain, wind or clouds. Makes sense as your safety is most important, but also the views won't be optimal. The problem is this means the majority of their flights are cancelled and they only make a decision 1.5 hour before the trip which completely screws your plans, especially if cancelled over multiple days. When the forecast is obviously for bad weather, why not make the cancellation call in advance so your customers can make other plans? I've been booked onto 4 flights now with these guys over the years and not made a single one. My advice is take the coach and boat cruise if you really want to see the Sound otherwise you risk ruining your own holiday.
