Our tour with Joe was spectacular! Very friendly and informative, Joe is a wonderful host who has a great rapport with the wineries. He is passionate about his Maori culture as well as the wines. We didn't feel like we were on a tour, but rather hanging out with an old friend.

Joe was a great tour guide who provided an informative commentary on South Island Maori culture which is different than the culture on the North Island. We also visited 3 small wineries in the Central Otago district which was unknown to us before the visit. Great pinot noirs as

Kia Ora team, Love my USA friends, always enjoy sharing the wines, history and beauty of this lovely region. One of my favourite aspects is that in our 30 min drive from Cromwell back to Wanaka at the end of the experience I see my guests sleep which means the wine and cheese has worked and you are in a state of relaxation ;) Mā te wā/Until next time. This is a must-do tour for any trip to Queenstown. Joe picked us up and escorted us to three different Otago cellar doors: Akarua, Mt. Rosa, and Wet Jacket. The tastings were excellent, but Joe's friendliness and good humor were even better. From the initial Whaikorero greeting

Finally The Rock has come back....to the most entertaining review ever. My US of A whanau/family really took my wine tours to another level on this one. Unlike someone says "It doesn't matter what you think", it matters a lot to me so thank you for being the couple that laid the smackdown on all the candy cheeses, and could finally smell what the Central Otago wine was cooking.
