Walk through the stunning 5-acre forest of the Lost Valley and see unique flora and wildlife such as lemurs, red pandas, capybaras and other exotic reptiles.
What to Expect
When visiting the Gold Coast, enjoy a close encounter with some of Australia's amazing animals at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Your admission ticket allows for a leisurely visit to a centrally located oasis.

Stroll through the exhibits in the 67-acre (27 hectares) refuge that is home to more than 1,400 animals. Currumbin features Australian natives such as the koala, echidna, wombat, Tasmanian devil, kangaroo, emu and dingo, and the animals live in bushland and rainforest settings that resemble their natural habitat. Interactive displays and keeper presentations provide a closer look at the critters, including lorikeet feeds that take place twice per day, free flight bird shows and reptile shows. You can also see an Aboriginal dance performance.

Wonder through the Lost Valley as you are taken to a journey through the ancient supercontinent Gondwana. Immerse yourself in an enviroment as it existed millions of years ago. Explore this forgotten world and see unique flora and wildlife including free-flying birds, exotic reptiles, lemurs, cotton-top tamarins, red pandas, capybaras and much more.

Very nice but damn expensive

Be prepared to pay top-dollar to visit this place. Parking is 10AUD "donation" for some fund we didn't give a ******* about. Entrance fees are quite steep as well and discounts are barely mentionable. They have a lot of koalas and even withouth paying for...More

The Tweed Heads bus 760 goes passed the gate I think. Check with the Surfside bus company, they are very helpful, and you won't be disappointed with your visit to Currumbin.
