Highly recommended. As a family, we reserved Surf City Transfers, not once, but twice on a holiday between Goldcoast and Brsisbane. Upon arrival at GC airport, we were met with Darcy, our driver. It was a friendly greeting, and he made sure to assist with baggage, leading to a stylish, clean, and comfortable Mercedes Van. All we had to do was enjoy the view, conversation, air conditioning, cold bottled water, and guides on areas, including sightseeing and recreation ideas. It takes the hassle of transport from pickup to drop-off, without any worries or stress of self driving and parking or waiting from other modes of hire transfer. Surf City were great to deal with. Will, our driver for two trips, was wonderful and we learned a lot about the Gold Coast. All in all, a very pleasant experience and well worth the spend.

From the booking process to the delivery of service these guys are first class. We used them to transport 21 guests and the special couple to thier hotel for a wedding. Comunication from the point of booking and the drivers of the day took all the stress of a big day way. Have used Surf City Transfers many times to travel to Brisbane International airport and home to Currumbin. Originally chose them as they are a local company, and so glad we did. We have had extremely late/early departures and arrivals, they have always been prompt, never let us down. Cars are clean water provided and importantly they are nice people. Highly recommend them

If you don’t wanna be cramped and uncomfortable in a crowded bus, with screaming kids and always that one passenger who is late, having to stop multiple times to let people out, you must book with surf city transfers cause it’ll be the best decision you’ve ever made. Despite the numerous phone calls to Karen on the lead up to our trip,she never got annoyed-she was friendly and professional with the best phone manner. We were greeted by Will at the airport touching down on the Gold Coast. Communication was exceptional we never had to worry about where we were going or if someone would be there. Will messaged us upon landing and stood in clear site with our names printed on a board, he was polite and charming and nothing was a hassle. Helped us collect our luggage and we were quickly off to the hotel. Having never had traveled in a Tesla before we were amazed on how comfortable and spacious it was-Will had some great banter too which made our experience that more delightful. Easy Peezy. Coming back we had to change our pickup address but there was no extra charge as it wasn’t too far away. We were greeted on time by a lovely gentleman Darcy and his beautiful wife- I don’t think we stopped chatting, they were just so easy to get along with and we enjoyed learning about their life on the Gold Coast and getting recommendations for next time. Thank you surf city transfers for making our experience that much better-we loved getting to know you all and will definitely book again in the future.

Fantastic transfer. We had Jamie as a driver, a true Gentleman. Jamie assisted us with transfers to and from the airport. It made our trip so much easier with an 18 month old. Jamie provided a forward facing car seat. Excellent service, we will recommend to family and friends.

Karen was very helpful, and so was Vince! Our entourage was of 14pax, and we had a Toyota Coaster that fit us comfortably with plenty of space to spare. They were also very accommodating to our last min change request, when we wanted to convert to full day private charter. Vince was on time at pick ups, and a great driver on the road! Definitely recommend SCT!

This was the first time I used this service but it was amazing. Great communication, great driver, and great service all around. Reasonably priced. Can't wait to use again.
