What to Expect
After morning pickup in Sydney, drive over the Sydney Harbour Bridge and stop in picturesque Leura en route to the Blue Mountains. Upon arrival in the Blue Mountains, stop at Scenic World, where you can take three rides—the Scenic Railway, Scenic Skyway, and Scenic Cableway—that provide sweeping views of the dramatic landscape. Lunch is also included at Scenic World with front window seating. Next, make a photo stop at Echo Point, which overlooks the Megalong and Jamison Valleys, and the area's iconic Three Sisters. Then learn more about the native culture at the Waradah Aboriginal Centre, a cultural center that features Aboriginal song, dance, and didgeridoo. There you can meet an Aboriginal elder and browse artwork by indigenous artists. Get a close look at Australian wildlife, including koalas and kangaroos, at Featherdale Wildlife Park before heading back to the city. Top off your day with a scenic cruise down the Parramatta River to Sydney Harbour.

On a three week tour of New Zealand & Sydney Australia. Selected this tour which had been recently modified and found everything outstanding. Probably the top reason was our guide, Tony. We enjoyed this trip with him more than any other on vacation. Tony's personality and

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Tony, our bus driver and guide. Throughout the day, he gave us extra 10-15 minutes at each location so we would depart when the crowds are smaller. We especially enjoyed our time at Featherdale Wildlife Park, where Kangaroos would not stop

The tour may be great in general, but me and my wife had a terrible experience. The Blue Mountains Scenic Park was closed due to threat of fires, but Greyline and our driver decided to not inform us until after we left Sydney. We felt trapped all day going to the blue mountains

Response from rdsydney, Guest Relations Manager at Blue Mountains Day Tour Including Three Sisters, Scenic World and Wildlife Park

Dear Phuong T I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your tour yesterday. Your driver only advised you after he left Sydney about the National Park situation at the same time we were advised. This is not a hiking tour - we have never advertised this tour as a hiking tour and all attractions that we visit on our tour were open for business and looked after all our guests. Out of the 80 guests we took to the Blue Mountains yesterday, we only received your complaint. It was great to hear that you did not have to wait for your rides and to save waiting in line for tickets the driver can sell tickets to all guests who have not pre-purchased their rides. As a safety precaution (and I am very glad), we heeded the National Park's advice and did not allow our guests to venture into the National Park. Your safety is our No. 1 priority and I am sorry you did not appreciate the possible seriousness of the situation yesterday. But I reiterate, all attractions on our tour were open and accommodated our guests. Regards The Gray Line Sydney Team

Our trip to the Blue Mountains turned out to be amazing day trip. Part of it was definitely because of our tour guide Tony. He was warm and funny, extremely knowledgeable, and kept us totally entertained. Our trip didn't go completely as planned when the air conditioning went
