The most amazing tour I’ve ever been on! Gonzalo was the best guide, so knowledgeable about the history, culture as well as the environment and flora/fauna. Felt very safe and comfortable as he really knew the area and what he was doing and the environment itself is just breathtaking! The best day, it’ll stay with me forever!!!! Elias and Jose were brilliant guides. They knew so much about geology, nature and the Andes. It was fascinating. They really looked after us, and made sure we were safe and happy. The walk itself was so good. Slightly challenging at the start for an older person but brilliant at the top. Very easy and so beautiful. The walk down the hill was a breeze. I'd highly recommend this walk.

Andreas was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable and excited to share fun facts with us. The whole group spoke English, so it was easy to follow along, and Andreas did not need to keep switching languages. I really enjoyed seeing the volcano, though it was far away, before the hot springs. It gave more meaning to why the hot springs exist. The hike was easy with trekking poles, which were provided. The ride to the volcano got rough and bumpy at the end due to the lack of no paved roads, so anyone with motion sickness should come prepared.

The AndoAndes Team was very responsive in confirming our reservation and with providing our trip details prior to our departure. Our guides were timely, personable, professional, well qualified and very knowledgeable about flora and fauna. We saw wildlife including a condor! Great day!

Tour guides were friendly and shared a lot of information, so even the drive to/from the mountains was enjoyable. The views during the hike were spectacular.

It was a greatly personal (of 3 pax) day trip hosted by Andres, our guide. He was very knowledgeable and has plenty of stories to tell us. The pace was perfect, slow and absolutely not in a hurry (like some of the other tour groups we saw). We were provided with a delicious sandwich for lunch and later a nice picnic spread of cheese, cured meat, crackers and fruits to go with our wine. Andres is who you'll want to take you on this. The sights were amazing! We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Great day with a hike, lunch and lovely wine and cheese snack in the afternoon. Guides were amazing! So knowledgeable. We would highly recommend.

we did the tour with Andres and had a fantastic time, the scenerie and lake is one thing, what made a big difference were the explanations and comments from Andres about Flora & Fauna very knowledgeable and authentic !

Gonzalo made a wonderful itinerary exceptional and personal. What a day, filled with great site seeing, laughs and wonderful food. Elias and Jose were fantastic guides. The hike was very informative and done at an easy pace. Lots of stops along the way to learn about the Andes, Chilean culture and nature. Long day but very worthwhile. I would highly recommend this tour

This was a fantastic trip led by Jose, Elias, and driver Juan Carlos. The drive to the site was filled with great history, cultural overview and preparation for the upcoming hike. The hike itself was amazing, and the guides filled it with great insights on the geology, nature, and animal species in the area. We were a group with a wide range in hiking abilities, and they made sure everyone had a great time. Would highly recommend this tour.

The guides were so friendly, and their knowledge of and passion for the area was so clear! The hike was fairly easy, so I think most people can do it without worry.

We absolutely loved this hike for so many reasons. Our guides Laura and Karina were so informative, professional, helpful and kind. They kept our small group moving at a great pace that allowed for taking in all the beauty and accomodated everyone's skill level. We were only in Santiago for a few days but this was the highlight for sure! If you want a bit of an adventure but nothing too extreme, this is a wonderful experience. Thank you again to our driver Jose and our two lovely guides, you were all awesome!

This tour was definitely a great experience and well worth the money. Our guides contributed to this amazing experience. They were very informative and I was able to learn so many new things about the history and geology and the wildlife of the Andes mountains. Our guides was also so patient, we had one at the front of the group and one behind to make sure we were okay and not left behind. The tour is moderately paced and very doable with a normal level of fitness. If I had done this hike by myself I would not only get lost but I would not have been able to learn all this new information our guides had taught us.

Elias and Angela were amazing guides. Very knowledgeable and well- versed in the geology and ecology of the region. The scenery was magnificent and we even had the pleasure of seeing 5 condors! It’s a long day but we were given the option of an extended hike, which we chose to do. Pick up and communication was prompt and excellent. Elias is a highly educated and enthusiastic ambassador for this country! Highly recommend.
